These calm episodes where you're just running about and upgrading the car are so much fun. I love the weird lore bits going on too, but these episodes are awesome to see the gradual upgrades happening to the car.
After finishing this game I can say it is really enjoyable. It gave me a feeling as if I'm playing subnautica 2. Once again I was filled with both dread and curiousity to explore the unknown.
I wish they would make a game longer though, and some more interesting abnormalities. Maybe even some enemies.
I'm sure they will expand. I'm hoping for new cars. Would be really cool having a few options
19:19 Observe how while @Drae is filling the backseat tank, the fuel gauge on the driver dashboard updates in real time. The small details in this game are really, really amazing.
Drae quick tip, instead of using the side mounted tanks which hold less than 20, use a side storage and fil it wirh large fuel cans which each hold 20 or 15 you can fit 6 in a storage. Plus the stored fuel cans dont get effected by fuel evaporation or leaks
Well that's a good tip. Minor downside seems to be a hassle to refill but that's worth the extra capacity and immunity
I've been enjoying this series so far
if you really want the good loot then you need the radar upgrade that you put on your roof . then assign it to your special abilities (the small screen on the left with the 4 extra key binds) you will need a few batteries to use it constantly . but its probably the most worthy upgrade to have .
TIP: you can fill every tank from the normal gas cap, without doing every tank manually.
when you did the demo and blew up the tourist they dropped thermostat crystals... i was going to remind you earlier but figured i'd wait then many episodes later i feel like i need to remind you now. xD

Oh drae the deep zone is gonna be insane
Going through the yellow zone as it closes in is not too much of a bother for the car you have right now, so you can try to pick up that violet energy, it's the red zone that makes everything sketchy and dangerous, so try not to let that one catch you.
Also, in my test run I switched my ignition off and abductor (the one with electromagnet) completely ignored me. Tried that little bit later with the same result. Might have been a fluke, but perhaps they are drawn to sources of energy, so when you switch your car off, they just fly by. Something to try perhaps?
Bro, upgrade the engine, except you want to have bad times or making videos fun, but stilll nice to watch :3

The purple triangle thingy that spawned in the first place you visited at the start isnt corrupted anchors, its payload which contains some reaally good loot AND the thermosap you found in the first region is from the tourist anomalies blowing up, you can blow them up by throwing anything at them and they have a chance of dropping thermosap.

I was exploring so much, looting like thief, and scrapping like a madlad in this game that I unlocked 90% of the upgrades after exploring 3 mid zone levels only. This game is so freaking fun

Drae imma give yah a tip stockpile coral, copper wire, and above all else circuit boards horde it so much that you will actively let yourself be looking only for those. Who else agrees with my tip?

That purple marker on your map, when the storm was closing in, is an ARDA air drop. Full of loot. And you could've gone there and take it, as the yellow lines are just a "final warning" for the real storm that is approaching, which is red. Also, at 17:18, you could've used the LIM Pulse Emitter to stop him from grabbing your car. It works for anything trying to attach to the vehicle, like the bunnies...I mean, the bad ones...
Last video Drae wanted to go for a new engine. And now he forgot it 😁
Just get an engine upgrade you will be happy with it
I’m not going to spoil what that purple thing is but it’s not the corrupted anchors. If there are corrupted anchors it will tell you when you are on the planning route map.

Random loot happens, the zone is weird, it sometimes drops various things like tools, car parts, and scrap/resources, just don’t read to far into it, while parts of the zone are friendly it is mostly neutral, with a bit more being hostile.
Finally doing some side quests only rushing true the story is not fun

In My opinion Drae, you didn’t unlock the backseat rig-things, it is that for the like the last few videos you have just been saying no to stable energy.

Outfit upgrades stack, however if you buy from the same tree the new one replaces the old one, I think, so buy whatever you want, they only help.
Yeah, picking up any anchor is a trial, they irradiate you, hurting you, often they are far away from your car, and the anomalies start chasing after you like you are the Thanksgiving turkey.
Vacuum is also useful for when you just have or get an absurd amount of resources and removes the need for picking all scrap singularly by hand.
5:03 When you're left clicking a question marked destination at the route planner, you are actualy scanning it. (look bottom right)
So others have likely beaten me to it....but tires wear out. If you check details you can see how many miles are on them. They typically rarely last past 70ish
Check out part health, armored stuff actually have less health than insulated, but armored has resistance against impacts. Side doors or rear panels don't make much sense to be armored
I wonder if he will ever make that liberator tool. I've been looking forward to him using it, but we may be past that part where it would be useful. If he still needs that 4th item, it dropped from the tourists when he ran into them in the demo
Corrupted anchors also possibly spawn in the deep zone, the least stable part of the exclusion zone.

Drea, 1. You can refuel your car just in the fill cap. It will refill the tanks to.
2. Random items can be dropped behind you by tourists, and tourists can also explode and drop either thermosap, or plasma if they are electric tourists.

do some off cam farming to make things easer for you self
random items can be spawn by tourist anomaly you just need to not look at them i usually get food but once they even throw a scrapper to my head

I think you can just fill the main tank to fill all the auxiliary tanks
Feel free to use the abilities, eg LIMpulsse and LIMshield allow you to avoid getting grabbed, it's usefull to read descriptions in this game.
Also game allows you to go to the area you select at garage map or you can bail out early, but you usually can't go to the next zone.

The purple thing that appear with the storm is like loot that is sent for survivors (this case you, you even can see it fly because is like a suttle or something), it have the best loot-table of any place as far as i know so it can be worth to try to get, and the yellow storm is just radiation of 5(whatever the meassure is for radiation xD) so you can go there no problem just be quick of course hehe and the corrupted anchor are the ones you find on the deep-zone or rarely on the mid zone where theres a little chance that an unstable anchor spawn as a corrupted. Oh and when you have those extra fuel tanks with just filling the main one of the car it also fill those other extras ones of the sits.
Higher level anchors spawn when the zone is unstable. So you can find unstable anchors in unstable outer zone junctions and corrupted ones in unstable mid-zone junctions.
@@KrisuNaNowo thats on most of the cases yeah, but i have found higher tier anchors on zones that have perpetual stability too, i guess that theres always a really little random chance for an anchor to be of higher level and when the zone is unstable that chance is bigger maybe? not sure, would need more testings, i already finished the game and im on process to explore all zones so ill try to check that hehe
