That must be because they are rolling out this new update, which is a complete redesign. They’re rolling it out in phases, so it will take some time to reflect on the app for free users. Right now, even the Plus users don’t have access to the voice and video feature, which they had shown in their demo video; it’s currently just GPT-4o for Plus users. In about a month, you might see it on your app.
😂😂 I'm familiar with this issue. Clear the data or just reinstall will fix it. But this may continue until it's finally rolled out
