When my mother passed on...Old Mutual gave us a run around...we submitted everything...Until i emailed from my work place which is a Department of Justice....to their legal services....they paid immediately

I have Paid Budget for 5 years car insurance, my car got written off, Then they asked me if I had finished paying the car(Why that matters I don't know) when they were supposed to pay me they turned down my claim "stating I didn't take reasonable care- If you can help, please help!!

Thank you for the information,Old mutual has robbed me not once,they cancel my.policy that was more than 20 year bcz of their era not deducting money from department, I was stressed even today I registered my husband and my son whe I received policy docs my husband was not there and he passed away last 2 years now, I have lost lost of money and my family are getting old that I cnt take policy for them ,they only gave me R3000 to say sorry for the era and said if I want the policy to active I need to pay R27 000 cash and I have. I will be very happy if I can get help with old mutual policy.

It's about time these insurances pay us back a portion of our premiums if we haven't claimed let's say in 5yrs or something. Imagine paying for a car insurance and you never claim, you grow old or life happens and you no longer have a car and you get back nothing after years of paying. This is just nonsense.
