Can we talk about Jar of Snakes' wording? When it is ABOUT to be destroyed, it creates the tokens. Which means you can target it with destruction but regenerate it to get the snakes and keep the jar.
But then it's not a jar of snakes any more because you let all the snakes out and I don't think a jar is that useful unless you put the snakes back in and there isn't a card for that
That wording is great. First, it has to be destroyed (not sacrificed), so you're going to have to, e.g., shatter your own jar of snakes. But now, suppose I give your jar indestructible in response. Is it "about to be destroyed"? No, it is not, so no snakes for you lol. Also when does the game check for "about to be"? When something is targeted? When the destroying ability resolves? Right before the destroying ability resolves? Jar of snakes fun 5/5 for rules lawyers.

Devoted bard makes it impossible to have duplicates on the board for creatures and artifacts. So they can't have multiple treasures, food tokens, blood tokens, power stones, etc. At the very least that sounds pretty strong. It also instantly annihilates all goblin decks.

Devoted Bard is actually pretty good, and would make for some gnarly synergies. There's been a lot of Legendary Matters cards over the history of MtG. On a quick glance, some examples are Arvad the Cursed, Bard Class, Primeval's Glorious Rebirth, Day of Destiny, Reki the History of Kamigawa, Kamahl's Druidic Vow, Time of Need, Leyline of Singularity (not a Legendary Matters card, but rather a different way to get the same effect), Empress Galina. Combine these with any number of good creatures that just get better, and good legendaries that just benefit from those cards anyway, and you're looking at a pretty fun deck. Granted, if this is for EDH, you're banking a lot on one card (or two cards if you have the Leyline as well), but in some formats Devoted Bard would be just good.

It is supposed to be read as "Creature with camouflage cannot be targeted by opponent's spells" but the word "camouflage" was not added. Originally, I thought Hexproof would work but I realized that (functionally speaking) camouflage wouldn't be camouflage if Lizzardo attacked as many animals are highly sensitive to motion. While motion camouflage is a thing, I figured that Lizzardo's habit is kinda like wild Aegean wall lizards (who live on Greek islands and choose to sit on rocks that better match their individual coloring so birds have a harder time finding them).

The Devoted bard is pretty cool imo, it would be a better suited as a white/blue color but basically is a board wipe against token decks and some combo decks requiring 2 of the same artifact or creature, probably a decent sideboard on some decks

It's basically just "if someone kills someone else's thing, they get it", but it has to be a paragraph because I insisted on wording it like an actual mtg card, which required me to do lingual gymnastics to accomplish that. Entirely fair criticism, haven't really had to deal with it because all the people I playtested it with I could give the tl;dr.
I think it's actually really cool - nice job! I'm just curious if the steal thing is limited to "destroy" abilities or if burn effects like lightning bolt or Linn Greta's activated ability would trigger it. If so, the wording should just be a death trigger right? Also seems way too good because you can play Damnation and get the best thing on the table. Magic the Gathering doesn't have any cards that care about the reason a creature was destroyed, hense the lingual gymnastics. Secondly, look closely, it says "One or more" that is because specifically in playtesting we had this exact problem, so now it's worded such that if you board wipe, you'll choose one of the creatures that died and get that. Doesn't effect single target removal or combat, but does stop board wipes from running the table. What I've found is there are two general concepts to playing Linn Greta. Yes, you can play removal tribal, but people can steal their creatures back with removal themselves, exiling stops you from stealing, you cannot steal commanders, and they can remove out your commander if they get sick of you. The way I've found is more fun to play Linn Greta is to take advantage of the bigger board (due to things not dying) by stacking all the "when things die" cards (like Revel in Riches) as well as "when things leave the graveyard" (like River Kelpie) with goad. That way you shuffle the permanents around the table (taking advantage of Linn Greta's secondary ability) and generating value on the side. For your own board you stack a couple undying/persist (like Mikaus, the Unhallowed); since you own Linn Greta, you get to order the stack when your things die, so if you (and only you) have an undying creature, your opponents can't use your Linn Greta to steal it.

I likely would have made it only check the turn players spell casts. My concern is other players just using a bunch of brainstorm and similar spells to hit 7 before the turn player ever gets a chance to cast anything at sorcery speed. The color complaint is also valid, to a degree. I probably would point more towards izzet (storm concepts) or Temur colors. I don't disagree with bant, but it opens the card up to the target becoming the user
For the devoted bard making creatures and artifacts legendary means that you can only have one on the field at any given time. Good for token decks and non-singlton formats and a pretty good ability

Guiling Merchant worse than a black lotus because it only reduces the colorless. You still need colored mana to pay for the spells. It's essentially a Thran Dynamo, but you have to sacrifice a creature, have your commander out, and it costs one less, but has color. I don't think it's great either way, but it's not broken. Plus, it's should be "beguiling," as guiling isn't a word
Linn Greta is pretty funny when your opponent plays a bunch of nukes and you got some powerful permanents on board, ngl. I guess that's the point of the card. Double edged sword.
The TRUE Colossal Dreadmaw has infinite power and toughness and no mana cost because you actually don't summon it, it crashes your mtg game and eats you and your opponent. Noone can control Colossal Dreadmaw.
spell crash is a lot weaker than you would think especially with the fact the person casting the spell can just have it be countered, thus you sacrificed a bunch of your lands and they didn't

Another flavor complaint about Form of the Planeswalker is you already are a planeswalker. I guess it makes you Legendary? And gives you abilities that make you similar to Gideon? That would be about it. And what happens if you get exiled? Would you lose the game, like in Un-games when a player is destroyed by Baron von Count's last triggered ability? It doesn't give you Hexproof, so you would need something else to save you from getting removed from the game. And that also doesn't save you from dying to gaining -6/-6 a la Toxic Deluge.
For the Bard thing that makes creatures legendaries- would playing that trigger a board wipe style effect on token stacks? You can only have 1 copy of a legendary in play without Mirror Box down
Oh, Spell Crash is very neat. Red needs more counterspells and land sac is a great way to handle it. Also not sure Rennala should be grixis, she and Ranni would probably both be Esper, but otherwise good translation to card
Well making all creatures and artifacts legendary would completely screw over any token creatures or artifact tokens. And any deck that is reliant on tons of the same things. Since when they are legendary you have to sacrifice all of them but 1. Food tokens, treasure tokens, soldier tokens, any kind of clones or whatever, would all have to sacrifice down to 1. I like it. It works on your opponent to screw them over. And God help them if they are playing artifact-lands.

Planar curfew with some rewording could actually be awesome
Another flavor complaint about Form of the Planeswalker is you already are a planeswalker. I guess it makes you Legendary? And gives you abilities that make you similar to Gideon? That would be about it. And what happens if you get exiled? Would you lose the game, like in Un-games when a player is destroyed by Baron von Count's last triggered ability?
It doesn't give you Hexproof, so you would need something else to save you from getting removed from the game. And that also doesn't save you from dying to gaining -6/-6 a la Toxic Deluge.

For the Bard thing that makes creatures legendaries- would playing that trigger a board wipe style effect on token stacks? You can only have 1 copy of a legendary in play without Mirror Box down

Well making all creatures and artifacts legendary would completely screw over any token creatures or artifact tokens.
And any deck that is reliant on tons of the same things. Since when they are legendary you have to sacrifice all of them but 1.
Food tokens, treasure tokens, soldier tokens, any kind of clones or whatever, would all have to sacrifice down to 1.
I like it. It works on your opponent to screw them over. And God help them if they are playing artifact-lands.

As someone who has played yugioh, I have had to read cards with that much text before (Endymion, the Master of Magic was meta for a bit, give it a read if you feel like). Yeah, I'm glad Magic doesn't have that many essay cards, it means I never have to read that much while playing.
