But minority shareholders don’t get to sell f&n at 3.55. It is just the swap among themselves.

F&N is a good business. I'm a shareholder and customer.

Finally the Thai billionaire cleaned up the complicated cross holdings of the 3 businesses. Still a bit left to go. A new strategic shareholder may surface later for F&N share with TCC. FPL is close to taken private too. Anything can happen after the swap.
