As a Lion’s fan, I really appreciate the work you put into these film studies. I can’t get content like this anywhere else and I learn so much from them. A breakdown livestream would be great!
I watch Coach's channel regularly because of the fact that it's both big picture aka the view from 30,000 feet, and also the tactical stuff that is up close and personal analysis. Shout out to Coach-keep it up, we all appreciate it-and the Geno Smith breakdown was exceptional (not a Hawks fan but that was eye opening)
Love what I've seen out of him so far this season.
Amik has been great so far this year. I know he plays nickle and not outside but out of him Arnold and Davis he’s been the best for sure. Very reliable.
AG gets a lot of shit from Lions fans. I disagree w most of it, to be a good DC needs good players. Last season we had 3 and 4 string CBs playing in the playoffs. These couch analysts literally think they could be better. Very annoying. Thanks for the coverage coach. 🤙🏻

Honestly I’d say Amik is playing great because I didn’t even know he was in the game. You usually only know the corners names when they are messing up or making huge plays and most corners aren’t making huge plays
Tigers game is Wednesday, at 3 pm EST. So a lot of Detroit fans will be watching that ALDS game. It's a magical run for the Tigers this year who haven't been good for a long time and haven't won a World Series in 40 years. As Detroit fans, we support all out home teams. Can you please do a breakdown of how Carlton Davis has been so far? In my opinion he has been very solid (at LEAST miles better than what we had last year). The Buccaneers media writers have headlines saying “the Lions already regret signing Carlton Davis” and thats absurd in my opinion.

IMO the refs are targeting CB's Arnold, because Sauce Gardener is getting flagged as much as Arnold. They also have a very similar style of play.

I’m no expert but PFF grades every snap regardless of the target and Amik has a pretty good PFF grade.
I'm not sure that is the case. One sec and I will find a link. Maybe they changed it this year.
Looks like they have two "metrics" now. One that is based on coverage and (I think) only encompasses targets, which is what it has been. And a new one called advanced coverage that apparently relies on machine learning. LoL.
@@all_22_films that was my understanding. It’s nothing more than an extra data point and really shouldn’t be used unless you have an understanding of the context of the grading and a good grasp of football knowledge surpassing that of an average level fan. As a coach myself, I can understand the flaws in grading players when you’re outside of that teams respective building. You can never truly know assignments, sight adjustments, checks, depths, alignments, etc etc. I think they do an okay job of painting as general a picture as you can for not being in the building but again, you have to take it with a grain of salt, especially if you understand the game.

No his only great game was against the Seahawks on one on play.
He's been above average but not special.
