It is. I look forward to seeing how N5 refreshes the space. I have been slowly getting interest here in Osaka, but I am hoping the positive changes that smooth the initial hurdles of getting into the game will help get a few more people interested. I shall hopefully then be able to do some battle reports as well!
I'm looking forward to more Varnak. I stumbled across Mutant Year Zero: Zone Wars. The starter box is a complete game in a box with 2 factions with 5 figures each, terrain, dice, and ability and item cards as well as random events that might impact a game. There is a second box with two more factions and more terrain. It supports solo play, 2, 3, and 4 players.
@@blkjet117 I am literally off to play it today. My friend backed the game and I am really excited to play it. I haven’t played the TRPG, but I adored the video game. Will definitely be talking about it after I get to play.
@@ZombieSashimi I run a small YT channel as well for TTrpgs and a separate channel called Mr. Mean Paints I love Infinity, Malifaux and Dark Age and a number of older mini games.
I feel like CB needs to get on it to maintain the hype momentum for N5 since it’s kinda mid post the initial N5 announcement and the animated series imo
@@adityam7866 you are not wrong. It does feel right now that the initial energy and excitement for Infinity and Warcrow has died down a bit. With the announcement of Sandtrap there is something to look forward to there, but I would love to see more details of full N5 info. And the drip feed of models for Warcrow just to have a regular size game is killing me!
If I am not mistaken, I think the Starter set is scheduled for around October, but I may be wrong. I am pretty sure N5 is supposed to come out around that time, and the rules will be released for free. To begin with it is probably good to begin with the starter set, especially if there is a faction there you like. It will introduce you to the basics and you can play some smaller games to get your head around the rules. Corvus Belli then usually make a Beyond set for their starters that introduce three more models for each faction pushing the model count up to 10. These are usually solid starts for a faction. As you then play more on full sized battlefields and get a feel for the game you can then pick up other models as you either see fit or like the look of. Right now it is going to be hard to recommend what to get for the factions that come in the box as they are both new Sectorials (Smaller focused force from the main faction) and we don't know yet what options are available to them or how they will exactly be played effectively. If there are any players locally to you, I recommend looking for a demo game to give you a feel for the game. Do you have any factions that are of particular draw for you?
Hey if you're new but planning to go for the N5 starter set you can never go wrong with picking up remotes packs for those armies, as those are pretty universal within the factions (doesn't matter which sectorial you decide to go for they should be on their list of profile options). Haven't played JSA before but for PanOceania that would be the Dronbots or Armbots.
@@kylemoore7746 JSA have traditionally had the Yu Jing remotes, but that could change with them moving into a fully fledged faction for themselves. But very good advice to go for remotes. They are a very useful addition to any army.
Infinity is so fun. Glad to see the content here.

Great video. Looking forward to see more Infinity here. This game deserves more attention.
Thank you. I look forward to everything that is coming and will be pushing the game locally whenever I get the chance.

I keep looking at infiniti models just to paint and you're adding to the temptation 😂😂
You know you want to! You only need a couple of models to get started.... Mwahahhaha

No is for November, Warsenal has out relases for Octorber and not sandtrad in planning, so recheduled in November.
@@waardlafrance110 thanks for the info. My guess is preorders will be up for October with a November release.
