Hurricane Beryl will impact Jamaica as a category 3 storm, even Texas in the future.

- Hurricane Beryl is located south of the Dominican Republic and Haiti. It is now heading to Jamaica, where it will arrive on Wednesday morning as a Category 3 hurricane. Then, on Friday afternoon, it is expected to enter the Yucatán Peninsula as a Category 1 hurricane. It will bring rain and winds to the states of Quintana Roo, Campeche, and Veracruz.
In the medium and long term, there is a lot of uncertainty about whether it will move westward towards Tamaulipas, or northwestward towards Texas.
I command a SHIFT!!!! In Jesus name ….

OOPS at 8pm Tuesday night beryl is still CRANKING at 150 MPH. Me thinks you are WRONG !!
He is not wrong. He said as at 5p.m it had maximum sustained winds of 155mph and is still a Category 4 (Category 5 is 157mph & over) . It's expected to pass over JA tomorrow, Wednesday, with max sustained winds of 125mph as a Cat 3

I'm tracking this via Google Earth and the past 3 hours has it on a heading of 275 degrees NOT 290 as the NHC is indicating. If it holds THIS heading its gonna clear Jamaica by around 150km. Yeah not even close to what they're indicating. The next 6 hours is critical because if it actually remains on a heading of 275 through that time its gonna pretty much miss Jamaica as a hurricane. In fact even if it shifts to 290 its still gonna miss Jamaica by around 50km. AND remember there's about 30km or so of SW shear over Jamaica as well. These spinners do NOT like shear. The next 6 hours is critical, folks in Jamaica because this dome steering it West is not gonna abate soon enough to enact much of a northerly component until its well past you, okay? Finally the further West this thing gets the stronger the shear becomes as well.
Praying for mercy for all the countries in the path of that monster ,and pray that the people will thank God and not temp Him as they always do in Jamaica when God switch the storms
