Haha while I was watching you do the trim clips I’m yelling at my screen, “he’s got them upside down and inside out!” Good to see you figured them out. I just banged my trims back into position with my hands. Easy peasy when you have taken them out beforehand.
Another great video. Thank you for sharing. I continue to admire your dedication and commitment to the build. You are a guy who gets things done and if it doesn’t work out, you just keep going. Terrific stuff.
G'day, Going back to your old garage brought back memories. You've certainly come a long way on the old girl. So thanks for sharing man ✌️ Peace from Melbourne/Pakenham.
I love watching your videos because I'm doing all these little jobs as well on my XB hardtop as well. Weather looks good tomorrow that I'll be able to work on the case. I'll grab a few photos of the inner A pillar trims I got. From what I see, the front windscreen doesn't have the typical rubber that uses a rope to set the screen... That's good if it just needs sealing in. If you need anything like photos or whatever you know where to message me. I'm usually able to get to my car once a week.
Hi Jason. When I align ed my dash to. There us a bracket in centre. 2 bolts on fire wall. One on lower dash. I bent ut up. Ie removed it. Bent it about 10mm. Re install then the top oart fitted like a glove pins aligned n all. That may be worth considering. Silver paint pens. Office works
Hi mate would you be able send me the screw Revit kits you got for your windscreen. He xb is looking amazing, you're a big big inspiration to finish mine
Cheers for the kind words, I'll see if I can find the info.www.ebay.com.au/itm/333751134049?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-154756-20017-0&ssspo=z2l2z0kzQkK&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=2k-fGwUJT_2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a go!
The line around the instrument panel was silver / chrome. You can buy paint pens with a silver metallic finish. It looks almost like chrome. 😉
Thanks for the tip, I'll check it out.
