    INGREDIENTS :
    2 Cups full Indian Basmati Rice / Fragrant Indian Rice
    1 tbsp Plain Oil
    2 tbsp Ghee/ Clarified Butter
    1 tbsp Jeera whole / Cumin Seeds
    4 Cloves
    4 pc Green Cardamoms
    2 pc Black Cardamoms
    1 stick Cinnamon
    2 to 3 pc Tej Patta / Bay Leaves
    A handful of Almond & Cashew Nuts
    1 large Onion thinly sliced
    1 tbsp Garlic Paste
    1 tsp Ginger Paste
    1/2 tsp Haldi / Turmeric Powder
    1 large Tomato chopped
    1 tbsp Dhaniya Powder / Coriander Powder
    1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
    1 tbsp Biryani Masala (I used Hyderabadi Biryani Masala, store bought )
    A handful of chopped Coriander greens
    3 to 4 tbsp Dahi / Yoghurt
    3 cups Water (use same cup with which you measured rice )
    OPTIONAL :(Can add some Kismis/ Raisins and fresh Mint leaves while cooking masala)
