I made Ranch on Xenoverse 2. I find that it's actually pretty easy to make her. lots of the same hairstyles and eye styles as the fan art.
I ended up doing the same in Xenoverse 1, since I don’t own the second one. I gave her all of her father’s moves, and she’s currently my second strongest character. She’s a lot of fun to play as. :)
I made raunks and ranch. They really are surprisingly easy to make

But once so many DLCs of Xenoverse 2 came in, I feel like I should download the 2 Pack in the PlayStation Store with all the DLCS cause it would be faster, but then I have to go through all the adventures in 1 again just to get to 2 to get myself on track with many of you people who got so many experience in Xenoverse 2 all those years. The Great Radish In my mind, Toriyama iced Raditz early without doing much as another one of his subversions of convention. Normally, when a long lost relative to the main character is introduced in fiction, they go on to become a series staple for a good while, whether as an antagonist force that the hero must overcome while thinking "You're family, so I don't want to kill you, but I must", or as a member of the cast of protagonists like Masako did with Raditz. But simply because we all expect that, Toriyama flipped the script so that Raditz dies off with his impact being brief, albeit significant. Which is sad because we know Toriyama remembers Raditz. He put Raditz in a panel with Vegeta in Dragon Ball Minus. He acknowledged Raditz in an interview and called him a strong Saiyan warrior. Toriyama remembers Raditz, and he feels no regret for killing him simply because his writing style involves contrarianism for the sake of contrarianism.
Trunks1stApprentice I have to disagree, looking at Raditz's treatment in retrospect, it's just a case of making the real villain of a certain arc (Vegeta in this case) look much more powerful in comparison to the mini villain (I don't even know if that's a term) like Raditz.
Same happened with Zarbon and Dodoria, the Ginyu Force came after them and were much more powerful, and the Androids number 20 and 19, and yes, I am aware that Toriyama's editor at the time kept telling him to introduce better villains than 20 and 19, and called said Androids clowns.
By the Buu arc Dabura was the "mini villain" and Majin Buu was the real villain, and Buu eliminated Dabura easily.
So I just think Toriyama never actually thought of something for Raditz, and he only remembers him because Raditz first appearance is in a chapter that changed the foundation of the series as a whole.
The Great Radish Or he remembers Raditz because he's part of Goku's family and because even he sees that Raditz has developed an amusingly large fanbase... You know, amusing large considering Raditz only stuck around for 10 manga chapters and was used as little more afterwards than a measuring stick for the Saibamen, Nappa, and Vegeta, and a little reference to the resemblance amongst the family by Frieza... You know, when I put it like that, it's less amusing that Raditz has a LARGE number of fans and more amusing that he has ANY fans.
Trunks1stApprentice Well whatever it is that Toriyama remembers Raditz of, be it because he's the main character's brother or that his first appearance is in a pivotal story arc in the series, I think we all can agree on that Toriyama kills most of the lower villains really quickly in Dragon Ball in general, like Mercenary Tao.
The Great Radish That's probably because nobody really wants to see the lower villains unless they've got unique tricks up their sleeves, like Zarbon's transformation. They wanna see Goku and/or Vegeta fight the big bad of the arc, or two rivals punch each other on the face. Raditz didn't have anything unique until the video games came along to give him his yearly-themed techniques and do stuff Toriyama didn't. Before that, Raditz was just a stronger and more brutal Goku, so it's not exactly going to be easy to make the fights with him going forward interesting. At least that's probably what Toriyama thinks.
I like this What If story line, but it makes me kind of sad how much Vegeta’s gotten shafted. I was kind of hoping it would continue being a 3 way rivalry, but Vegeta’s now a strength starved psychopath to a degree.

In DBZ Vegeta’s calmed down a lot, he spends time with his family and he’s generally very level headed. In this story he’s more akin to Abridged Vegeta when his Dragonball wasn’t where he left it on Namek.
I still love this story line, but I feel bad for Vegeta.

Well, the story did went differently since Radditz was still alive. The events weren't carbon copy of the original DBZ.

As much as I love Vegeta's Canon development, in this case the problem is solely on him and his damn pride. I figure he was able to get over Goku's superiority because he hadn't been kicking Goku around for years before they became proper rivals, but Radditz was always a joke to him, and now with how much stronger and more well liked Radditz is? Yeah, this is Vegeta's Pride rearing its ugly head again.
connordragon13 I always felt that vegeta was unnecessary. They should have kept raditz and had him destroy vegeta. I actually can see that scene happening in the saiyan saga. Just as vegeta is crawling away to his pod, raditz limps over to him and before dying he uses up the last of his energy to blast vegeta in his pod. Raditz could get wished back on namek and be a friendly rival to his brother

At this point Dragon ball Super is just Vegeta's pursuit to become part of the plot again.
Heck, even during the universe of power ark, Vegeta will just straight Final Flash Goku out of the ring once he finds out about Ultra Instinct.
Also now Vegeta's character is straight up Katsuki Bakugo for those who get who i'm referring to.

Masako, honestly you have a talent of telling amazing story’s in a way that is interesting and immersive . You take time to think out all of the possible outcomes, that are realistic and possible in the dragon ball universe. You trigger my thoughts about dragon ball in a unique way.

Considering you plan on potentially giving Vegeta some GT power, how about that Ranch/Goten/Trunks sidestory you promised following the GT canon? You can even make changes to GT based off your "Can GT Be Fixed?" video.

I'm more interested in him giving Raditz something new as well seeing as he is the only Saiyan with a tail meaning he would literally be the only one who could use GT transformations at this point, unless Masako is going to ignore that bit.
I really just want Oozaru form to be used more seeing as their is literally no reason to not include it, while Super Saiyan is a more stable and stronger form it doesn't mean you couldn't combine the two. I would honestly prefer a Super Oozaru ( What SSJ4 should actually be called as it has nothing to do with super saiyan 3 ) over Raditz just doing everything Goku does.

There is a manga for Vegeta turning good and Goku turning bad, which is far more interesting in my opinion then both of them staying evil because that just leads them to being killed off by ether the Ginyu force or Frieza down the line.
Well, Vegeta, Raditz and Nappa anyway as Goku would be dead the instant he runs into any competent martial artist in Dragon Ball as he wouldn't have any training to get stronger what so ever and no one to help him heal.

As odd as it would be, if you somehow explained a situation where Ssj4 was Vegeta's power-up and it rivaled God ki I'd be interested. It would play well with this version's anger with Ssj4 feeling more primal, while Blue is a result of calming the mind.

Might be, might not be. In these What-Ifs you kind of need to throw out some preconceived notions of where each transformation caps with power. We can't put solid numbers against each other, Ssj4 Power multiplier vs Saiyan God/Super Saiyan God multiplier since multipliers are inconsistent. As much as I don't like GT, they treated Ssj4 the same way they do Blue -- as a flashy eye-grabber. Neither Ssj4 or Blue Goku has always used their form and always gone all out.
I would argue that either Blue or the use of switching between Red and Blue like in the manga would beat Ssj4. I'd like to say Ssj4 could hold its own against Red no problem, but I feel like there's an argument that could persuade me to think otherwise.

So, we've gone from "Radditz takes Vegeta's character development" to "Any scene involving him reinforces how evil he is." I honestly can't imagine the character you've described being someone Bulma remains with, and anything interesting with him that can't be switched over to Raditz, his interaction with Trunks, just becomes... nothing. Vegeta has gone from being replaced, to being a tacked on character with no actual reason for his continued existence other than forced tension... You Chichi'd him. You monster. :P

it pisses me off, because vegeta got great character development and it just went away and was never there if raditz was still alive. vegeta is my favorite character because of his character development, could he really not have that if raditz was in the picture?
RedHoodAssassin3 I guess when it comes to someone like Raditz being stronger than him at some point, he and his pride could never let that go. For someone like Vegeta to become good, he needs to come to peace that Raditz CAN be as strong as he is. Vegeta can get over Goku, why can't he get over Raditz? He "beat" Raditz, but Goku "beat" Vegeta.
Considering I've never liked Vegeta I'm not that bothered by it.
Thing is, Jonathan, what he has done to Vegeta is the same Toriyama has done to literally every single character in Dragon Ball except for Goku. Name any one character that has a reason to even exist without it feeling forced.

You should do a Christmas special for this where raditz tells goku about their father and mother and raditz asks goku if they could get bardock and gine a one day pass to see their sons lives on earth and a chance for them to interact with their grandkids I think that would make a pretty sappy family reunion

That wouldn't really work because of his state of mind. He is desperate enough for it, yes, but he doesn't have the same training as Goku does in the sense that Goku trained his senses to be aware at all times. Plus, the clarity needed to respond quickly and calmly to any situation is something Vegeta clearly lacks, especially in this what if story.

we are taking about Super's vegeta, NOT gt's vegeta.
basicly it is very possible that if you took 2 exact duplicates of vegeta (training, memories, history, strengths, power levels, ect...), gave one ssj-blue and the other ssj4, the match could possibly be very very close (since we dont yet fully understand blue's scaling factor yet) ssj4 is not out of question in terms of power
AGO-Studios Yeah it would be awesome to see SSJ4 Vegeta. It would also give Vegeta something close to ssjb. I don't think it would be stronger but I would love to see it go up against Blue. Who knows Vegeta may even have the upperhand with the fact that he pretty much has the full power of the saiyan bloodline without god ki. Plus since he's a prince his blood would probably be more potent than normal. It would put him on par with Raditz and possibly even Goku considering that he has still been training even if he doesn't have God ki.
4 would probably be as strong as God, but not Blue.
IMO, going on looks alone, I LOVE SSB for Vegeta, but much prefer SSG for Goku. SSJ4 would probably look best on Raditz in those cases, especially since, at this point in the theory, he's still the only full blooded saiyan that has a tail.

I'm honestly not too sure, but... I think there's no way SS4 is equal to SSB so Vegeta will have to be leagues above Raditz and Goku to even compete with the weaker transformation.
Think of it this way. A GT guide has Super Saiyan 4 as a 4,000 times boost (Incidentally or not, that happens to be a factor similar to combining Super Saiyan 3 with Great Ape)
Going by Battle of Gods, with Goku's fights with Beerus both as a Super Saiyan 3 and a Super Saiyan God... Well Super Saiyan God doesn't have to be 10 times stronger than Super Saiyan 3 I think... but them multiply that by 50 to get Super Saiyan Blue... Yeah Super Saiyan 4 is at the very most 6.666666% of the boost of Super Saiyan Blue

MaveriKat 4 is significantly weaker than Blue. I kind of am sick of this Series because Vegeta isn't very important and I don't really like Raditz to begin with. I much prefer Vegeta.

So you can enjoy Dragon Ball Z and Super all you want, you can have all the Vegeta you want there and its not like there's no Vegeta-themed What If Series; remember what if Vegeta Became Super Saiyan First? Logical Stupidity, there isn’t proof that Ssj4 or Blue are stronger than the other. Comparing the two is impossible in an objective sense.

With this whole rage thing with Gets going on, i'd love for him to actually get Super Saiyan 4, as a contrast to Gokus and Raditzs Blue, it would be something unique for Vegeta, and probly put him back on the field being as strong as the others.

Can't wait for the TOP arc of this what if! And this part actually gave me an idea! What if earth was moved to universe 6?
i think the goku black origin timeline should be a bit different, cuz originally black just killed goten and chichi, but with raditz living next to them, perhaps the outcome could be different (since zamasu would be new to the body and probably couldn't use enough power to beat raditz)
So true maybe he would try to find out what is going on with his brother but knowing him he would figure out that that isn't his brother and destroy him
Alternate timelines. Masako tends to keep the Future Trunks timeline clean of impurities in these what if scenarios, so Zamasu would have likely acted the same
Future Trunks timeline probably doesn't have Raditz and his family.
HPTRK Kreed, it also doesn't have a ssb version of goku or goten, ya gotta remember that goku black didn't come from future trunks' timeline, he came from the original timeline which was peaceful until zamasu switched bodies with goku and killed his family.
Shenro That's a fair point - the timeline for the Goku Black arc is a huge mess.
I'm fairly confident the Goku killed by Zamasu was from a different timeline to our Goku, though.

Yes, he isnt in the tournament of power yet, but if he goes like this with barely any time between episodes, he will have to stop for a longer period of tims so dbs can continue on to the next arc

I remember that you said her fusion with Goten, (Raunten), managed to push her to Super Saiyan 2, and I think you also implied that she could have gone Super Saiyan 3, but she chose not to because of the time issue, since Super Buu was there. Maybe you could let her come with the others into the future to fight Zamasu and have her learn it that way? And if she actually does learn Super Saiyan 3, you could probably have her peak Goku’s interest and possibly take her inside of the Time Chamber to see if they could both try to master Super Saiyan 3 for the later future. (Tournament of Power? With Raunch in the lineup, if she unlocks Super Saiyan 3 prior to the news, she’ll have a great edge in the Tournament.)
Or better yet, I’m assuming that she still has her tail. Like father, like daughter, right? SS4 Raunch?

Alright, I'm picking up several concerns regarding Part 9's content, and the direction that Part 10 is being led down as a result. I have read the pinned comment and am somewhat relieved by that knowledge that it's going to be Vegeta's moment to shine. And now, a few notes for the story path, submitted for your consideration.
1, regarding Part 9: Vegeta is somewhat getting the shaft here and regressing back towards the Saiyan Saga. Could he not have gone to the tournament with the intent of fighting strong opponents to test out his new power that is quite obviously Super Saiyan 4 (despite his not having his tail anymore)?
2, regarding the rest of the Zamasu arc: I recommend going back and rewatching all of Vegeta's scenes in the Gravity chamber when Trunks is in the past for help. He was LIVID and laser-targetted on Vengeance on Black for destroying Bulma in the Future, and daring to injure his son so. The Black arc is a heavily Vegeta-centered plotline and transferring that to Raditz just will not work as well. I HIGHLY advise against using Raditto next time, and suggest Vegito remain constant, but with Raditz supporting them somehow.
3, regarding Ranch: I'm honestly not as comfortable as you are with Super Saiyan 2 Ranch at age 14 (2 + (779 - 767) = 2 + 12 = 14) being equal to canon's Vegeta, and therefore equal to Goku, at Super Saiyan 1. That would mean that Ranch is already about half as powerful as Goku and Raditz while at the same level of transformation. I'm willing to hear a bit more detail regarding this bit of power scaling to attempt and justify it, rectify it, and assuage the dangerous implications of such feats.
about number 3, it doesnt seem so over the top for ranch to already be that powerfull cannonically half breeds have more potential for growth than regular saiyans so training constantly with goku, raditz, trunks, and goten might actually make the whole scenario plausible
This Vegeta regressing towards the Saiyan Saga would probably be an improvement. At least then he'd have a positive number of redeeming qualities.

Im not sure I agree with this path so much at this point. Why couldnt it be a three way rivalry? There are things that make sense and things that dont and things that feel forced. Forced wise, why is Cabba calling Raditz master? There is nothing there to suggest a master student relationship between them. Things that don't make sense is Vegeta's attitude. Why has it come off that the lesson is thrown out the window and he basically becomes his Buu saga self according to this. Reverting his character and completely throwing out his character development. Why? Why is Vegeta not concerned with getting stronger with Beerus knowing what he should know about him, why would he just brush that off as "strength crazed psychopath"
Cabba is interested in stronger saiyans and Raditz is interested in seeing more of his kind again, honestly its not that hard for them to bond a bit before and after the tournament after showing how strong Saiyans can truly become.
The reason Vegeta is still kind of an ass hole is because his obsession was never with Goku persay but with Raditz, some one far more closer to him that he spent years lording his power over suddenly becoming a match or his better almost destroyed his main driving force of his character which is his pride as the Saiyan prince. Unlike with Goku, Vegeta isn't trying to keep up with Raditz as the very idea would piss him off, he is trying to prove that he isn't weak and at every turn in this story he was humiliated.
He wasn't even brought back to fight Buu so he couldn't realize what made Goku strong, he was sitting around in hell most likely extremely angry that his final attack against Buu was meaningless as well.
It's natural for why Vegeta is like this because he never got his redeeming moments and Goku wasn't as much of an influence on him as much as Raditz is.
Foreign Polac3y I think it actually makes a lot of sense that vegeta didn't ask for whis's help he never took a master before so why should he now, on his own he surpassed Frieza and kept reaching goku's level by himself taking a master at that point in the story surprised me
Foreign Polac3y it’s a common problem that Raditz fanboys face whenever doing a fanfiction with Raditz in it (which is what this series pretty much is). Raditz becomes the protagonist and the guy with the most development while Vegeta is thrown to the waste side. Honestly, he might as well just killed off Vegeta in the Saiyan saga if that’s the case
Son of The Prince well killing him off does just get rid of the character, actually switching places with raditz and vegeta. Leaving vegeta in this position his character would change, the fact that raditz would challenge vegeta in a matter of pride makes him a much stronger opposing force to vegeta. This means his mindset doesn't settle down the way it does in canon, instead his anger is giving more fuel to the flame
Spectrum silver your point? Vegeta slowly becomes less relevant even if he did still exist in the story, replacing him with Raditz honestly sounds like a much better idea. Much preferable than this. Vegeta was an amazing character because he went from a prince, to a soldier, to a hero, someone who finally found peace by the end of Z. This is…nah man.

How would The Dead Zone, The World's Strongest, Tree of Might, Lord Slug, Cooler's Revenge, The Return of Cooler, Super Android 13, Broly the Legendary Super Saiyan, Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans, Bojack Unbound, Broly Second Coming, Bio Broly, Fusion Reborn, and Wrath of the Dragon would change with Raditz and his daughter being in them?
Dead Zone takes place before Z, so it would be exactly the same.

I would say the story wouldn't change extremly (he would search for the 4star dragonball so he would battle the red ribbon army, he would also fight picollo and so on) but he wouldn't have problems with killing so for example he would kill Vegeta on Earth and Freezer on Namek. Probem would be that he probably wouldn't get trained by kami or kaio, since he's not that good guy
For the startingpoint of this what if i would say Shen had the Dragonball which Roshi had in the original and trade it for Goku become his student.then he would train there after pilaf and become a rival of tien reinforced by shen to see who is the stronger one, but he also become a friend of chiaotzu (who i would get killed in the picollosaga instand krillin).
That's a really good what-if, you should forward that to Masako. The part that could make Masako want to do it would be it would breathe new life into the long snubbed character of Tien as he would be Goku's best friend and rival, he would be on Namek with Bulma and Gohan, and he would be the one to get his potential unlocked allowing him to remain even more relevant than Krillin is now.

You have managed to take my favorite series and make it so MUCH better! I would have never thought that it could be made even more interesting & exciting then when I first watched it, and we're not even watching this play out. Depends where we start. Dragonball would be mostly the same up until the final tournament, with Krillin potentially developing a crush on Moya. There'd be no Chi Chi, so I guess we might meet a different fighter?
When the events of DBZ unfold it could have gone either way in that Moya didn't have kids, or she met an earthling worth her salt - Krillin or Yamcha? Maybe Moya could keep the Saibaman fodder in check with a healthy rivalry. Gohan would end up better trained and less bookish in any case, unless aunt Bulma stepped in (which I like the idea of).
Anyway, the rest of DBZ would happen just the same with Bulma's with maybe the occasional sexist quip from Moya's opponents.

I started watching this series because I was intrigued by the concept (and how many parts there were). I just finished marathoning it and I have REALLY enjoyed this series. I can't wait for the next part. I love the characterization of boisterous big-bro Raditz and I love his daughter. Also, that artwork of Raditz wearing his hair pulled tight in a ponytail is really cool :D
I was sad there was no "THAT'S MY BULMA!" moment for Vegeta in the Battle of the Gods arc, but Vegeta in this timeline is very different. I'm waiting for his moment you keep teasing, since I'm a huge fan of Vegeta. :)

What if Cell was reincarnated like Buu was, he'd be an earthling called Llec or something of that nature, I think he would have Perfect Cell's intellect and maybe he would be able to pick up attack's quicker than even Future Trunks. In my opinion he should show up in the tournament that Goku came back to see.

I knew it was SSJ4 when you mentioned vegeta trying to attain a new form. Problem though is that it may need a buff but since GT is in the grey area, we may need to over exaggerate its power even though it is just above SSJ3.
There is an easy way for that, treat Super Saiyan Ozaru (the better name for SS4) as the base form of a new species it is, and give it one additional transformation, Super Saiyan Gold Oozaru/SS5. With SSO around the power of Red and SSGO around blue level. To get ahead of those that say SSO/SS4 is only a 4,000 multiplier needs to wake up and realize whenever Ki/energy is compressed it gets much stronger and more potent, so simply compressing a form that generates so much power that it makes you grow hundreds of feet and still be 10 times stronger than your base form would generate a massive power level when condensed (a new form possibly, Super Oozaru). Next multiply that multipier by 400 giving it a x4,000 multiplier (which would be Golden Oozaru's multiplier) before compressing it down to the size of a regular human, would vastly multiply the x4,000 multiplier just by liquidating all of the energy locked down in the extra mass gained and making it available not to mention interacting with the actual multiplier itself.
