    Hi Shraddha, I was scrolling through TH-cam and I found out your channel. You remind me of my good old days when I used to do Karate(Bonerio style), i was a brown belt, I was a state level player and I won so many championships. I was as flexible as u are, this was about until 2015 when I was forced to quit it and work on my career, I pursued CA and somewhere along the way I lost all my skills over the years. And whenever I used to think about how fit and agile I used to be.. it makes me so sad of what has become of me now 😓😓 Back in those days I used to copy all those kicks from Karate kid and Kung fu hustle. I used to balance my mawashi kick exactly like you do. Well now I'm just an ordinary practicing CA.
    But now you have motivated me enough to live like that all over again. I don't really know if I'll get as flexible as I used to be ever again but I'll start.
    I wish you all the luck in life, keep uploading such videos!!

      It can get a lot worse if you let it. But it can also get better! I know it's hard, but try and motivate yourself to take that first step. Carry on and this time - never stop!

      It sucks doesn’t it, life just gets in the way. Was never on you guys level but I used to do TKD, could do splits, spinning hook kick the speedball etc and now can barely kick above my waist. Hope you get there again

      It is indeed horrible how skill-loss kicks in, as soon as you stop to practice Martial Arts. I was never talented enough in flexibility to perform full splits, but I remember what awesome and fast kick combos I could crank out, and I could still easily kick someone's head who was as tall as me. All this.... compared with today, where I can also barley even kick above my waist, it is simply horrible.
      And the worst of all:
      Due to the effects of biological aging, we all are forced to stop training at a certain age in life when we become too weak for it.
      I feel for you guys, as I know how it is to feel like a loser, after unlearning what you once could do.

      Bro i can see your point and i agree in this generation there are people who are less my age but earn more than me when asked what he is doing he simply answered i do stock market and digital marketing
      I was shocked 😨 at the result but have to agree 💯 our parents are of older generation
      I am not criticizing or saying that they are bad but we have to make them understand that this is normal way to earn money it's just a part of process but unfortunately some understands and some don't 😢 and trust me i am one of them my dad is understanding but my remaining family members they don't know that we can earn by spending some time online

    Thank you for all your amazing tips and advices. I just did some of these exercises that you did and it was really hard. I know with time it will get easier. I'm almost 50 years old and I would love to regain some great flexibility back for taekwondo. Stay awesome

    hello, je m appelle David j ai fait du karaté pendant 25 ans en traditionnel, ensuite je me suis spécialisé en Fullcontact et boxe anglais, puis en Kravmaga.
    J ai ete en Inde ... un pays ou les gens sont tres courageux et discipliné dans leurs pratiques sportives ou religieuses.

    Very challenging. I wish there was a timer or some auditory indicator to show when we move to a different exercise or even how many reps of each exercise, when I look up you're already gone to a next a exercise. That being said I'll be practising with this video often because it's one of the more challenging exercises for middle splits and it actually has a warm up which is good unlike other videos for splits.

    When i saw you do the splits and high kicks, the first person i thought of was Cynthia Rothrock. Female martial artist and action star. Great video.
    I have seen a video about how to do splits from a martial artist who talks about laying on the floor with your legs up against the wall and slowly and incrimentally split your legs apart using gravity.

    Didi aapka kicks mujhe bohot achhe lagte h power and speed both are very high I'm just 17 and i can't do mid air things like those 540° and 360° but ground me khare hokar achhi kicks mar sakta hu neither i do any martial arts or any special training i just practice kicks with squats and all variations and hence i can combine 2-3 kicks simultaneously and i can even rotate tho my left is weaker than my right leg. Love from kolkata❤
