Outstanding interview! I was blessed to experience Shelia E playing drums in concert with the late great George Duke on a number of occasions at the Roxy Theater in California back in the day. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! George was right when he would proclaim during his concerts that Shelia is the BADDEST female percussionist on the planet!!! FACTS!!! The Schultz family and their musical gifts are an example of what happens when you put GOD first in your life!!! HE will bless you above and beyond all that you can ask or think!!!
Sheila e . You re the best. You have the most blessed human spirit.from lusaka zambia with love

Hats off to their Dad Julius Schultz whom is the catalyst for Justin and Jamies talents poured into them! He's also an awesome versatile musician on all instruments! Well done Julius Schultz!
What a nice interview . They are a incredible musicians. Thank Sheila
Love this episode!! Jamie Leigh and Justin Lee are incredible forces in the music industry with their young ages. As we both know, starting young becomes a language you crave for the rest of your life. Hats off to their dad for his inclusion and recognition of their gifts. This whole family has "the goods", and I enjoy their music so much. Thanks for a great interview, Sheila!
Oh, I saw that guy playing some great guitar with them, didn't realize it was their dad.
Im from DETROIT...and im PROUD of them I LOVE these kids
When GOD Blesses HE really does...
Sheila you great. Do a concert in WASHINGTON D.C. for the summer with him. He's a true blessing. He had me praising God. When he did that gospel song. It started my morning.
It is soooo inspiring to see someone who has inspired so many, be inspired. It’s a double dose of inspiration! ❤️🙏🏼
Shultz family killed it 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great interview groove legend.
Great show, Sheila👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥
Great fun interview thanks for sharing the music and your personalities too. God bless!
I saw them tonight for the first time on a Facebook post and can’t get away from them..I’m born under a love for music sign Pisces ♓️ and that means all kinds of music. Peter Frampton, Boston, Motley Crew, that dude that mane the country song, SmoothJazz my favorite, R & B, the old school clean Rap. But absolutely despise that wicked gansta crap, I mean rap 😇😇😂😂
What a production. . .WHOA! I seen Jamies edits.
SO AMAZING FAMILY!!!👏👏👏👏👏
I would love this for my family...
Doing South Africa proud
I spent a lot of time in south Africa,,,singing and preaching, I may have been in the same house with them... Durban, Cape town, jo-berg- port E. George.. what part are they from..?/
your set designer should get an award ...
📽 I Happen To Fall Asleep While
Tic Toc Was Steaming And In My Half Sleep I Heard This Incredible Music. It Was This Kid Jamming On This Keyboard While Singing.
🎓 I Got His Name And It Was The Michael Jackson Tune "You Rock My World".🌬
📚 I Looked Him Up On You Tube And Started Checking Him Out Watching And Listening To Him Perform. 🎼 I Checked Out One Where I Discovered His Sister Also Playing With A Full Drum Set With Lots Of Symbols Kicking Ass With A Full Band With A Horn Section!
You See Justin Scatsinging On An Electric Keyboard Device And Then They Have A Segment Showing Justin Switching To Taking Solos On A Full Baby Grand Piano.
🎼🥀🎶 Jamie And Justin And Their Dad Julius Are Amazing.
💕 I Love Watching Them.
Sheila Said It Right, It Is Inspiring To See Young "Real" Musicians 🎹 Playing "Real" Instruments.🥁
📻 They Are So Cool🌙💕🕊🧸🙏

If one day I am a father, I want to be this type of father
Family Schultz very good
so they are twins??? they were both 5 at the time...
Gifted...yup. They clearly are.
Jamie such cutie:))
Just because a person can play multiple instruments does not mean they are superior talented it just means they have access to other Instruments and have time to practice those other instruments
Facts, I play six instruments and it’s just a matter of choosing to practice other things. However, it’s not for everyone. Some people have trouble with it… To me it’s no big deal!
This kid came out his mum with a keyboard in his hands
🇧🇷
El Debarge 😂😂😂
STEVIE WONDER and
El Debarge .... El waiting for Stevie Wonder to show up At a a recording session.. 😆😆😆😆 at 7 pm RIGHT .....

😂😂😂😂 There ain't no Am or Pm with Mr Wonder .... Probably always been like that
Sheila's a fine musician. But these kids are so much farther ahead of her...at their young ages.
Are you mentally slow?
Yes these kids are very talented, but Sheila has been playing all of her life. She played with Prince for Gods sake who was another child prodigy! She has worlds and lifetimes of playing experience over them.
She’s primarily a drummer and she would smoke most anyone on drums, except the best of the best! Stop smoking and use some common sense. She would smoke them on drums, im a musician who’s been playing for 45 years and I know what I’m talking about. Soon you’ll be saying that he’d smoke Oscar on piano huh?? 🧐😖
Why compare them anyway??
Lots of people have played with Prince. Sheila has deep jazz, latin, R&B roots and has played with some of the biggest names in the biz. But she’s not the master musician over multiple instruments that Justin is at just 16, not even close. She’s played drums and timbales her entire life but she’s never produced any meaningful American pop acts. In her space, she's a good drummer, but YOU need to broaden your horizons because the landscape is filled with amazing drummers. Prince's best drummer was not Sheila E, it was the late John Blackwell. Sheila had 1 hit in 40 years, and she would not have had that hit if Prince had not been behind the production. Justin is masterful, a young prodigy on bass and guitar and his vocals are coming along; he’s an absolute wizard on keys. I love Sheila and she's a dynamic performer. She’s an internationally renowned percussionist and drummer but playing with Prince is what she’s best known for and she leverages that past association in media whenever she can. She’s definitely had a long and amazing career. I am not taking anything away from her talent. She’s an electrifying performer and seems to be a really nice person. Definitely someone who made her mark on music and culture.
