Met him before he left for the states when he was just 6 in JHB. He was playing Giant Steps on one of our store pianos. We were blown away! So happy to see how far he’s come. Kudos to his parents for being such great leaders.

@@ijhhcfionlkgs It was outrageous indeed. I must scour iCloud to see if I still have that video somewhere? Doubt it though.

I don't think you guys get the sheer impossibility of what you just witnessed.
1/ He plays the Keys like someone who's spent a lifetime honing that talent.
2/ He plays the Guitar as another lifetime achievement. Complete with proper pick technique (no heel on the guitar) that includes arpeggio sweeps.
3/ He plays the Bass with a finger style that shows a comfortable form that only comes from lots of time. For context, seasoned female bass players still look awkward with their right hand fingerstyle. Loads of rock bass players cant do it and instead choose to play with a pick (a no-no for purests). Even Sting opts for a pick. When he needs the sound of fingers, he chooses his thumb. Dunno why since he play standup acoustic bass but there it is.
4/ Though he only used the talkbox in this vid, he sings like that naturally. His vocals are beautiful, mastering all the pentatonic runs with his smooth tenor voice. Again, a talent that seasoned vocalists haven't yet mastered.
    AND HE'S 15!!

      Clueless
Please don’t ever compare him to cha cha cha I just called to say I love u Wonder. Put some respek on Stevie’s name.
This guy is just an over inflated ego with a little bit of talent.
Most of his facial he does them because he thinks it makes people feel oh wow. I can kill him in the guitar and you don’t always have to do faces. It’s all a show trust me. And he over does it.

F..KING GENIUS KID. HE'S SUCH AN INSPIRATION TO ME, AND I'M ABOUT TO TURN 63 YEARS OLD. I JUST STARTED LEARNING GUITAR 2 YEARS AGO, POST CV. I AM A FORMER FLUTIST SO MUSIC COMES TO ME IN A DIFFERENT KIND OF WAY, THAT I MUST KNOW EACH AND EVERY SINGLE NOTE ON THE GUITAR, LIKE A HORN INSTRUMENT. SO, IT'S TOUGHER AS I'M NOT JUST LOOKING FOR CHORDS. ANYHOW, NUFF ABOUT ME, JUSTIN IS JUST BRILLIANT.

They are not just “a talented family” they are currently one of the worlds best musicians. Hope to see them feature on an amapiano track soon. Maybe with the Major League DJz.

    Well,
It’s 7:57am 4/29/23 so I obviously missed this airing by a few months.
But as a singer songwriter of love songs and composer of jazz ballads over the years……
let me just say…… as artist… we find,
as decades come and go…. our ears have a tendency to expand INTO our spirituality…….and vice versa.
    Soooo,
We,….. at some point are listening with our being,…… our consciousness, and the performance heard,
…….. translates the song, as well as a heartfelt rendition of our “souls”depth.
This young man is that someone who comes along in a lifetime and soon carve out a lane in music that will only be accessible to him.
    Prodigy?……… obviously!!!!
    But…… more!
…….. thanks, not only to his parents DNA,….. but….. the dignity, honor, and guidance input………
the daughter and the son can bring not only soulful, entertainment…….
but, as there wings grow, they will no doubt become legendary in transcribing and transmitting untold
depths of pure melodic love for the world to behold…… and absorb.
How wonderful to live in a universe where our interactions of love, are exponentially reciprocated instantly throughout the cosmos.
The parents are in “PURE” LOVE with each other…… you not only can see it………. you can readily FEEL IT!!
That undeniable power is superimposed into their offspring,
thus supercharging their God given talents, while, nevertheless only acting as a byproduct of the output.
I had a prayer that the host would call the mom and sister to the mic
……. you could clearly see them …
off camera……. Smiling, as they listened closely to each word, of this interview with unbridled joy!!!
    Bless all in this family!…..
And…… please know….. I will follow the father online for sure!!!
He’s a caring, giving, lightening rod!!!
Putting his passion down…. as I had to do
to raise my son took a lot out of me under formidable circumstances.
Now, I’m free to finally FINISH MY LIFES QUEST………..
    with the privilege of
writing stories and interpretations of love through the audio/ visual medium.
It’s not easy to be an artist!!!
But, I sincerely” BEG” you to push through all the pain ….. and share with us….. the sunrise in you.
Continue to shine… you dear artist
    of the cosmos!!!!
    We’re listening………….
    All my love,
    🎼RAIN 🎼🕯

I love this family and have been a fan for so long that even though I have never met them, I feel so happy for how far they have come. side note: The male interviewer should do a bit more research about his guests prior to the interview so that he can be more respectful to the guests.
