Nothing wrong with watching you eat - it’s very good advertising for Knoebels and their food. You’re doing them a great favour. Wish I had a place like that anywhere near where I live - unbelievable that it’s free to get into!!

Hmmm never been here. I do not like rides because I fell off one when I was a child and never got back on any since then. But I like watching others do it. Now a train I might be able to ride on. It is just like I was on it going along.. What fun and its free for me better yet. This was a great nice tour. thank you for taking me along with you.
There aren't too many places like this left in the country and it seems their prices are very reasonable.
We are from the Jersey Shore and didn't know about this.
We live in northern Washington State now and the only family place I know of is one in Salem,Oregon and that's a good days trip from here.
You don't know what you have til it's gone.

Knoebels is such a gem. I'm from Colorado and grew up riding Mr. Twister at Elitch Gardens in Denver. The original Elitch's closed in 1994. They moved some rides to their new downtown park but left Mr. Twister to rot. Knoebels wanted to move it to PA, but it was pretty far gone, and the configuration of it wouldn't fit into the space available at Knoebels. So, Knoebels bought the blueprints to Mr. Twister and built it to fit. I was lucky enough to be at Knoebels for the "bolt ceremony", where they drove a bolt from the original Mr. Twister into the frame of the new Twister. It's a great ride.
Hello from Dallas Texas. This is great to see as we lost our tiny little kiddie park called Sandy Lake. We have Six Flags which is awesome. Big cities have tons of thrill rides but the smaller parks went out of business. I never knew Knoebels existed until I watched this. Thanks for sharing.
You owe it to yourself to experience it in person. Ill even offer a personal tour.

The train ride areas remind me of a place my dad took me a couple times when I was a kid. It was either called deer Park or deer Forest, in Michigan. Pretty sure it's abandoned now. They had a train ride that went through the woods and a couple of other small rides plus lots of animals including deer you could feed and pet.

0:21 1:40 1001 Nacht! To bad Nacht is gone. Rode one of them several times as a kid up in Proctor in St. Louis County after seeing REO Speed Wagon with my sister and brother. Was planning on traveling from way up north in the Lake Superior region to Knoebels just to go on it again. I was planning on having my sister drive me there with our black cat and cat carrier. How disappointing to say goodbye to that, it was going to be one heck of an adventure as I am not fond of being away from home. I was looking forward to camping out at truck stops in the van. It would have been a real riot with the cat walking around meowing jumping around on the seats looking out the windows.
Next, we visit Riven. Everything there is steam powered, too!
This reminds me of the amusement park we went to for our school end of year party. We had so much fun! Still love going on rides. Just no twirling rides for me.

After seeing this I really would like to make the trip to see it. The rides remind me a lot of the ones at Kennywood park in Pittsburgh from my childhood and are now long gone - plus the fact that it costs $50 or so now just for admission @ Kennywood! Now that I'm older I won't be going on crazy rides as much and would just enjoy walking around a nice family fun park. 😊

I have never been to that park, I use to go to Forney, but it is so expensive just to walk around. I like that don't charge to get in. Have to check out this place next summer. Thanks for your videos, I love the places you go on your travels.
Well I was able to watch your replay, that looked fun! My favorite part was the trains..more specifically the steam engine train..reminded me of my dad, he was a train fanatic ,loved steam engine trains. He told me one time he thought he may of been an engineer in a past life..lol. Well, his great grandpa WAS an engineer on a steam train in Arkansas.. I don’t know if my dad knew that much about his family’s past. My dad is gone now, passed away on May 14, 2014. Certainly glad I watched this video, thanks JP 🥰

So much fun....caught it on the replay . Your weather was in the 70's ? Sounds nice ...ours for the Shrimp Fest. was in the 90's .....trade ya. I'm always surprised at how big the park is. ....a wonderful place . Loved the walk about with you ...next best thing to actually being there. Really like the wide angle filming..Had a good time, thanks for sharing the fun with us. .

Still can't understand why people have such an issue watching you tubers eat on video. There have been other you tubers who have encountered the same comments. What an awesome place to visit, and so big compared to what we have seen in Australia, have never seen a miniature train as long here. And yep, that is definitely the wave of royalty LOL. That truck with the headlights on in the haunted mansion was freaky, reminded us of the truck scene on the movie of Plains Trains and Automobiles, where they were going the wrong way down the highway LOL. Regarding the big rides with large rotating and swinging parts, have always had a fear of them coming apart at the hinges 😨. That Ice cream was massive, we pay $10-$12 aud for something half the size in Australia these days. Thanks for taking us along for the awesome Journey.

where is Knoebels? When I saw the mom holding the baby while wearing cheap flip flops, I got nervous. Soooo easy to trip and/or fall in those things. Looks like a cool place to visit.

I really had fun watching this. I had to watch in increments but I enjoyed it. My fave was the train rides. I would definitely go on that every chance I got. lol If I lived nearby, I'd go once a week even if I didn't go on rides or ate anything. Long as it's not too hot. lol How is the train ride at night? Is there a lot of lighting? Those nachos and ice cream looked so good. Yum. I'm still amazed that there isn't an admission fee. That's great and amazing. Thanks for sharing, JP! At our fair we have the "Drop Zone"; My youngest grand son was alost 5 and insisted his dad (my son) let him go on. So they both went on and my grandson wanted to go again. They did, but my son said that was it.
I may do it once to say i did it.
So yeah I would have fudge for lunch a banana milkshake for the drive home and bumper cars are my favorite🚘
