I'm using smaller date stickers than those in my Goal Setting Companion Notebook and I've not needed sticker tweezers. Love this preview. I'm excited to see these products in person!
I just wanted to say I hope you are safe through all these storms. I am your neighbor to the east in Arkansas and we are going through it to. Of course I enjoyed the video to!! Take care!
Hi Vicki:) We are lucky- our area only has half trees down here and there. Other areas closer to Dallas and in still have no power and huge trees are down all over.
That’s good to hear! My middle son lives in Rogers in northwest Arkansas and they were hit but thankfully he and his apartment are ok. No power since and loads of damage but so grateful he is safe. Sending healing vibes and good energy to anyone going through these storms 😊
The folio with separate notebooks could be 4 planners all in the same place. Kinda genius! Thanks for the thorough review and sharing these new products! 💛
Glad to hear you all made it through the storms ok! It's been crazy weather with a confirmed tornado nearby us on Sunday. Thankfully no damage though. As for the planner, I am definitely going to take a pass. I was hopeful because I like the interior layout but there's too much I don't care for otherwise.
Yes, I am using the Goal Quarterly Planner right now, and I love the quality of the paper. I think MäksēLife paper is my favorite compared to all other luxury planners.
The weekly planner looks like the pages are stitched together rather than glued together, right? So quality!!! You can open and close it an infinite amount of times without worrying about losing pages.
I love the colors of the notebooks and I love the coral cover. And I can see the portability being a big plus. I have considered purchasing the goal setting system separately. After purchasing an undated planner last year...I have decided that having a dated planner is a must-have, so...I wouldn't purchase this one.
@AmandasFavorites I started a notes page in my current planner so I can make a more informed purchase for next year 🙂 of things that I liked and some aspects that just didn't work for me.
Pens are a gift with purchase with a $100 order. You can't purchase them separately. The A5 notebooks come in both daily and weekly. I'm in Clubmakse and one of the perks is sneak peeks.
Thank you for chiming in:) I did get all that information in an email after this video was filmed and edited already. So I added all that information to the description box. I wish I would have had it for the video.
June 5th:) I did put that down in the description. I am sorry we didn't put all that in the video. The pricing and everything came in an email after the video was filmed and edited so we just had to add that to the description.
Are the daily covers the same material as last year’s? I really don’t think they hold up well. The thinner ones did better than the first year, but they still aren’t great.
+1 I am wondering this too. On the video it looks like some of the notebook corners are already showing bending/scuffs, whereas the 2023-2024 companion notebook covers have held up well for me, I'm a bit concerned about the durability of the new weekly notebooks. Also surprised to hear the paper feels different! Thank you Amanda for this video and the insights!
@@sarahchase2690 do you use the companion books in their folio? I didn’t like how the elastic sat in them since the spine is flat. The Erin Condren petit books work better I think - although a coil is my first choice.
@@Sarahbear2000 no I use the companion notebook out on its own on my desk. I tried to use an EC petite wellness log once but I didn’t like the thinner, bendy cover - I like the current Makse notebooks better which have some stiffness to the cover.
Hey Sarah, are you asking about the coiled daily cover? I don't have the last coiled daily anymore...but this daily cover is not the same as last year...and the notebook covers are not the same covers as the companion notebook covers from this year.
The new notebook covers are thicker than the companion notebook covers...I don't know how the corners will hold up- but the covers are almost like a hard cover...so it will make it easy to write in them on their own.

Thank you so much:) I am glad this was helpful!
The weekly notebook is perfect. I hope they use that layout in the flagship goal planner someday!
Oh, really? maybe...ya never know!
I’m getting a daily eeeekkkk can’t wait.
Yay! I know so many have been waiting for that daily to come back;)

Well it could just be me?! Thanks for chiming in:)
The weekly notebook is very tempting as I have been bullet journalling but may grow tired of it lol.
If they layout works for you then it would be a perfect break:)

I love the folio too-and thank you ☺️
Very true:)
Love your review! I am so glad they brought back the daily!
Me too!!
I know a lot of people are going to be very happy about that!

I am so glad you have been safe too Susanne. These spring storms are scary! And thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts on the planners;)
So fun! Answers so many needs!
I agree;)

That is a great testimonial to their paper! I agree- it's great!

They are sewn:) So they will hold up at the spine for sure:)

Thanks for chiming in with you thoughts. It's good that you know that undated is not for you;)

Are the pages perforated in the notebooks? I like taking the companion notebooks and turning them into a disc planner
No, they don't.
Are these not available for purchase yet?

too bad the pens don't have colored ink to match the makse colors. Great review...thanks!
That would be fun Judy:) But I never actually use colored ink in my planner...I do use them up in my journals and scripture study.
