First, always read the PLR license before you buy it, but almost ALWAYS, you can take the PLR, change it, re-write it, change the graphics, and anything else... put your name on it and, yes... *SELL it as a real product* ! Usually, you need to change a certain percentage of the original copy (25% or 35%). Sometimes, you CAN use the PLR "as is", _but I do NOT recommend that_ . *What kind of PLR are you using?*
