Another great video, love avocados. Keep your great and informative videos coming, I grafted mexicola grande to my criollo avocado and happy that it was successful.
Those white sapote looked like a good size. Is the fruit bitter at all? The cluster of Reed is mind-blowing. Looks like the 405 has a nice straight growth habit. Nice crop too and fills a gap. Nice. Do you think that big mango is possibly a polyembrionic fused together? Kind of looks like it. I have a mental map of so many crazy trees and was thinking bout documenting them without giving up exact locations. I've seen monster mangoes with big fruit, lychee, jackfruit, etc. I love this type of video. Thanks AJ.
@AJTheGraftMan I'd love to purchase some, please. Even though most plants don't grow true to seed, she sounds according to your description like a keeper.
The second tree is on a lawn with no mulch, the second one in a parking lot, also with no mulch and actually looks like it's paved over almost all the way in to the base of the tree. How do they get the nutrients and oxygen that they need? I'm struggling with how to reconcile these huge, obviously thriving trees with what I know about avocado tree roots. How do we explain this?
nice
I do the same in my neighborhood. Lots of old cool fruit and nut trees that people have planted long ago to still enjoy!😎
Glad I'm not the only one!

Once the trees get to that size, their roots can extend more than a hundred feet beyond their canopy, in all directions.
AJ is just going to strangers' homes, and picking fruit. Ever heard of 2nd Amendment? This could turn out bad. 😂😂😂😅
😂 I met the owners. They're cool.
