Hey guys! Hope you’re enjoying these simple videos. To me, it’s fun since it’s something I can look back on when I’m 450 years old. SUMMING UP MY THOUGHTS: The Factory R is a luxury motor that was designed for racing. It has a noticeable increase in thrust when compared to the Moster 185 Plus. It’s lighter as well. If you can afford it, get it. If you can’t, don’t sweat it. The standard Moster is awesome.
Thank you guys for making this video. I don't know how many times I watched it. I ended up buying a new Rider with a factory R and flew it for the first time yesterday. I was wondering why the wing tip collapsed when Jared attempted to launch 6:20 and a similar thing happened on your launch 7:47 (the right tip flapped and was not stable). I was thinking there must be a problem with this Hadron 3. Yesterday, the exact same thing happened to me on my fist launch. It caught by surprise but I immediately realized what was going on. The motor was high on my shoulder which caused the prop wash to be angled upward toward the wing. I loosened the harness straps and repositioned the paramotor on my back and didn't have issues with any of my following launches.

I'm currently building my own with a 1.6 litre turbocharged and fuel injected vw Beetle engine. It's as light as I can possibly make it with alloy barrels and heads, lightened flywheel, no cowlings and titanium exhaust manifolds and titanium short pipe, should be around 170hp and able to swing a 6ft prop. Take off will be on a 3ft high stand with assistance for stability.
Anthony,you deserve credit I was already considering the Flyproducts Rider with the 140 prop but after seeing this and finding out they had a Factory R coming in the end of the week I ordered it :) So Thanks alot..I will get to experience Factory R power also very soon :)

Considering how the Regular Moster will last 300-400 hours, it seems like it’s definitely a smart purchase; You’d be spending a hell of a lot less money in the long run. …but then again, the upfront cost to purchase a paramotor with the Factory R engine will set you back $1500 MORE than if you were to purchase a paramotor with a regular Moster 185 Plus. I’d say, if you can comfortably afford it, do it! If you can’t, you’re going to be really happy with the regular version. I have the regular version, and I love it. But my sights are set to get a factory r in the future. Who knows! They may even have EFI available by the time I’ve saved up. Hope this answer helps!
Well his issue was not the engine really... It was bad technique but hey... He's rocking a new factory R so good for him 😅 He's not ready for that wing though...
again my double hoop fly products is a tank. I started flying back when they first came out and no one even knew what they were.. I was the only one flying a white paramotor haha

Thank you! Sorry for forgetting that. 😅 it’s $1500 more to get the Factory R edition. Totally worth it if you have the money available. So! For the Fly Products Rider 130cm propeller, the total comes out to $9500.
@@AnthonyVella badapples 2 new factory R with 140cm prop 1 maxed at 150pounds of thrust the other 166. Vittorazi claims the normal plus makes 168 pounds with a 130cm. Just curious if you actually measured tge power/thrust of like 99% feels like it was more power
@@FLYHIGHPPG oh! That’s crazy. I’d be pretty upset if mine wasn’t reaching max potential power. We didn’t test this one, but it felt much stronger than my Moster Plus.

IMO the defiant really is an unfinished project and they should waited a bit longer to put it out after they got the smaller details worked out. Plus, they told everyone the replacement parts were going to be inexpensive. I slipped in the dew and broke a few hoop pieces and a spar. Cost me over $800. Won't be keeping it.

Where did you get the idea that either motor will last that many hours?!? I mean, you gotta do a practically full rebuild after 150 hours... ??? What am I missing?
