Thanks for your nice comment. Yes, it did take a lot of work but fortunately there were 2 dozen of me to do it. I don't think I could have done it without the help from me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, and me.
This is my favorite video , I have watched this over and over and laughed so hard. John and John and John and John and all the other Johns did a great job. You did an awesome job putting this together and the music was really great also. I will give you a 10!!!!
I have lived on the desert my whole life, and I do believe you have captured the beauty that can only be had in the desert at sunrise. Marvelous piece and exceptional musicianship.
I either just had a bad acid trip or just witnessed the single greatest orchestra on or under the face of the Earth. This was both inspirational and and beautiful. Encore! Bravo!
@DarioCruz33 Thank you very much for your nice comment. I am glad you like the video, the music and the crazy conductor. Thanks again. Muito obrigado pelo seu comentário simpático. Estou feliz que tenham gostado do vídeo, a música eo maestro louco. Obrigado mais uma vez. John
AH! You have made my morning complete! Beautiful! Your creativity is amazing...cannot stop a REAL, devoted artist! BRAVO!Music, the greatest gift that man can know...and all of heaven here below! THANKS for sharing.
My entire family got together and watched this a few days ago and two of my elderly aunts started arguing over which one of these guys was the better looking. They couldn't agree and got so angry they still aren't speaking to each other. I'm staying out of it!
I think I speak for all of me when I say that Me Myself, I, and all the other me's did not intend to start an argument. Please tell your ants that they are both right. I am good looking no matter which me you look at :o)
That was beautiful. The difference between a nerd and a geek is that a geek has awesome skills and gets the job done. You are not a nerd you are a geek. Not only did it take amazing talent to play all those different instruments, but the editing so that there are like 21 of the same person is just top notch.
Oh my goodness, I was looking and listening closely, and I realized all the men were the same man...what a wonderful presentation...exquisite in every sense of the word..big applause..standing ovation...
Harmonic richness and key transpositions are important to me. The relationship of notes to each other both simultaneously and sequentially are everything. I hear music similarly to the way I see math in my mind. Bach is my spiritual forefather and that's why I listened to this more out of curiosity than with the expectation that I would like it. But I must say, you've done an incredible job with this. I had only intended to listen to a sample but listened to the entire piece. Great job!
Music is really relaxing!...in the desert sunrise.... It's amazing what can you do with your heard of nerds:)! A unique moment of creation! Thank you, John!
You must be a brilliant nerd to be able to produce this excellent video.. surely enjoyed watching it...I, too loved the background melody... thanks a lot for sharing... wish you and your loved ones a very prosperous New Year.
I've seen this video a long ago, and now I watched it again and is always stunning. You're a very talented artist. The concept and the result are amazing. Looking forward for more of your videos.
@HighCigar Thanks for your comment. and yes, as a clarinet player you should try a wind synthesizer. I have been tinkering with them since the 90s and it add an amazing amount of diverse possibilities for the wind player. It's a wonderful backup instrument. I like the WX7 but they aren't made anymore. Check out the new Yamaha WX5. I'm not as wild about the EWIs. They're fine but as a wind player (sax) I find that they play differently (touch sensitive keys). They are lightening fast but quirky.
Wow! That was truly Awesome! Not only is the music Great, but the video editing was out of this world. I can barely splice two pieces of a video togeather, You are truly talented in Many Ways!! Keep it up, I definately want to see more!
My friend, that was quite amazing! All the camera work and editing skills has really shown off! The music was superb and I can honestly say that this would have to be one of the most amazing things I've seen on TH-cam! Well done!
@viperstrke317 The instrument at 1:06 is a 'wind synthesizer. It is breath sensitive, plays like a clarinet and has all of the expressive capabilities (almost) of a wind instrument, but it is electronic and can be made to sound like any instrument you choose. It is a highly versatile instrument and a great doubler for a wind instrument player.
Very relaxing and comforting ... thank you for sending it. The idea of so many nerds playing together is simply amazing and your composition is beautiful. Great work! இڿڰۣ-ڰۣ இڿڰۣ-ڰۣ-.
Amazing concept! i think its little stroke of genius and cant begin to appreciate the amount of effort it must have taken to acheive this, very intrigued how you made the film, fantastic !

superbe moment d ' écoute...légèreté ,finesse , harmonie , douceur ,etc...le son des cors me touche particulièrement . c 'est très beau .merci et encore ...
I dunno how you do it but Im glad that you do do it. I like the music, the elaborate-ness of it, if there is such a word and the humour you inject into it. Made me smile.
Very innovative! Great work on both the composition and the video creation and editing. I couldn't help but remember a whole orchestra of Oscar Levants in Gershwin's Piano Concerto in F from "An American in Paris"! Thanks for sharing.
This is a very special kind of art - great John! And thank you for sending - will take it as a favorite ... it`s amazingly done!! special greetz, Murmurvision
Great fun! Thank you, JW. It's wonderful to find a nerd with a sense of musical humour, or should that be a musical sense of humour? Anyway, thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening, and appreciate the moments of madness along the way.
Great musicianship from all of yous. This music make its listener really wait for the desert sunrise. Only one chord and the handful of musicians, the desert and the sunrise...
Beautiful!! Thank-you for sharing your creation. Truly beautiful! Peace and Love to you, to your family, to all those you Love and to all those you've met but just don't see yet ;-)
Really well put together! So cool and awesome xD I love the way the "clones" or "twins" or whoever interact with each other. It was well thought out and constructed. Fun stuff ^.^

I like the sound, I like the humour hidden in the pictures. Very nice and amusing. My best regards to all your brothers, to be or not to be a herd of nerds, that's the question!
Sounds wonderful! I do count 10 different instruments, and not only did you play all ten, but managed to keep them in time and make great harmony, on top of the video talent!

Love this! Such a pretty song and impressive dedication from all of the Johns! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The amount of effort it took to compose and produce this lovely work boggles my mind! Congratulations on a beautiful result!
