I love Jane's "imperfect pantry" with her salty baking powder!!! Your videos always make me smile. I have to watch them twice because I miss the recipe on the first round, I am too busy watching the fun rapport between Mom & Daughter.
Cobblers are a fond memory from my Mum's kitchen in childhood. Great to be able to make a wfpb version. Looks great with that silky lime topping. Enjoy your very real interactions with each other, so much overly scripted perfectionist stuff these days, so nice to see you two being you. Woo hoo Ann, keep being a real chef Jane. Nice one!
This looks so good. I liken my Plant Base journey to my quit smoking journey. I tried so many times to quit smoking until I did it in 2008 and haven't touched a cigarette since. I've tried eating only Plant base so many times until now and you just know, this is it. Thank you for all you do.
This was really good. I used cassava flour. I did drizzle my berries and cherries with maple syrup. I normally use maple syrup or honey since it needs some extra sweetening for us. It's a nice simple recipe.
I just recently started eating healthier and came across your videos... I've been power watching and liking every one I've watched so far. Thanks for sharing 🙂
- How much do you want? - Just lots xD You two are just the b e s t :) and nothing beats Ann's excitement and enthusiasm :D seeing her so happy for this... beautiful
Oh my goodness Ann, I understand why you were soooo excited! I just made that cobbler and I have eaten half of it right by myself--no chance to even make the lime mousse. This is definitely a keeper. Thank you so much!
Thank you Ann for the info about the baking powder. Definitely worth saying and informing. I am in an SOS free type, very strict therapy for cancer and that was SO helpful. Ann your awesome!
You two are so much fun to watch! I laughed and enjoyed the ywo of you cooking together! Thank you for the great video and the recipe!!! Sending you love and positive energy
I've been in a rut with my plant based cooking lately, but thankfully they've inspired me and everything I've made has turned out great. They are so fun to watch. I absolutely adore Ann!
I had frozen blueberries and just picked up a little box of raspberries yesterday....I'm ready! Of course, my ears may take a while to stop ringing after Ann yelled when the clump of flour was discovered, but as long as the tastebuds still work, who needs their hearing, right?
The excitement at its deliciousness is my favorite part of this video! I can hardly wait to try this recipe! You two light up the day, with your joyous love of all things healthy and delicious! thank you again!
I made this Easter morning and my hubby and I had it for breakfast. We loved it! I only had regular silken tofu for the lime sauce and it was runny like you said it would be but it was still delish!!
I love Jane, she's so real and fun. Anne scares me 🤣 I'd eat her delicious food but stay well out of her way BTW I've been following plant based for 3 weeks now and my angina and effort dyspnea have almost DISAPPEARED! 👍🏼🙏🏽
I made it with almond and coconut flours instead of oats. Also water instead of milk. Also peaches and cranberries instead of blueberries. Pretty tasty.
Looks great..I didn't know that about baking powder and sodium..I use organic. Thanks for this..btw i have a great recipe for cornbread I'll share with you later.
She's saying HAIN featherweight baking powder...I thought she said HANG...LOL...I do know the brand HAIN....for anyone else who was wondering EXACTLY what she was saying! Will look for it at the store! FOUND it at Whole Foods! yay!
I tried to find the Hain at Publix today...nope--they don't carry it....will try WalMart also today. Another shopper near me was asking about baking powder and I told her about the sodium in it...she was so surprised and asked me how I knew and I told her about this channel--- I had no idea how much was in it til I watched this. She checked the sodium in the Clabber Girl and the other 2 brands and was shocked also--one of them had 95 mgs per 1/8 tsp!!! Thanks Ann Esselstyn!
I've made this desert several times..it is delicious. My only issue is sometimes it comes out very watery...what am I doing wrong? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you

Added raspberries and pears to the base - so good and easy!!
Wish my mother and I had this kind of relationship! Priceless 💗💗💗
I love watching both of you in the kitchen. Ann, thank you for the information about baking sodas having added salt. I appreciate you both.

Mummy used to make lotsa baked bread pudding!
Jane reining in Ann on the baking powders is hilarious!!! *LOVED IT.*
And: 'My husband and I could eat the whole thing!' Ann: 'They do!' :D
I was a little shocked to see her rip it out of her hand honestly, she was just trying to talk about it. A little controlling.
@@plantifulvegan4198always Jane wouldn’t let her finish,
almost like invalidating what she does or say.. quite annoying
@@sevgilim1321 yes, hard to watch sometimes.

I *LOVE* how the entire Esselstyn family is involved....I saw Rip speak at our Naples FL Whole Foods back in 2012 or 2013? Standing room only!
No, Jane looks like her father & Rip looks like Miss Ann!
I just recently started eating healthier and came across your videos... I've been power watching and liking every one I've watched so far. Thanks for sharing 🙂

You guys, this is a great recipe! Thank you! But Ann, you keep startling me with your "WOOOO!" lol
SHE has SO much energy! awesome!
I said to myself: a plop of "nice" cream on top would be good, too, & there you said it!!
Especially if you flavored it with lime.
That's so sweet..you always include Wade..lucky camera man!!!
This is clearly one good looking recipe can't wait to get the ingredients together and get to rocking and rolling
Great recipe! The orange zest really makes the flavor! Made this for Easter. Delicious!
Oh my goodness Ann, I understand why you were soooo excited! I just made that cobbler and I have eaten half of it right by myself--no chance to even make the lime mousse. This is definitely a keeper. Thank you so much!

Just for people watching their sugars, the pacific brand oat milk they used has about 17g of added sugar.
Anne was awesome in this one.!
Do you use sweet cherries? Looks yummy, love cobblers.
I made this, and it’s delicious!!!
sooo yummy!
Love this and can’t wait to make it! Is this in a cookbook?

Can we use monk fruit or stevia for sweetening for any of your recipes?
Haha, I was thinking of making it for breakfast but now I'm thinking I better not... lol
✨I Luv how excited Ann gets @8:02 🔹🍒🔹
I would love to see an episode with just Mrs. Ann.
Wow! My baking powder has 95 mg of sodium! I never thought to look! I’m switching today!!
Is this recipe written anywhere? I looked in the cookbook and couldn't find it. Thanks beforehand. 😊
