first match being Princess vs Cannoneer put a huge smile on my face, it's hard to emphasize how much Duchess hurt the meta and I'm glad we are back to seeing the other 2 Tower Troops
Im curious to see what happens now and what will be good in this new meta. I Especially wanna see what balance changes Shake out next time.
I feel the game is improving balancing this year. At least after taking their time after breaking it.

People who hate it, you can still use dagger duchess but she isn’t op anymore. Would you rather have only one op card that destroys the meta (ahem little prince/duchess)?

1:25 I can never be convinced the firecracker isnt broken when it can hit the tower from literally the middle of the arena while also having its knock back ability...
The firecracker is really broken atm since it doesn't die to log. There's no reason to use princess when you can use firecracker atm
The knock back ability makes it so fucking infuriating. I would say the card would be balanced if it didn’t have that attribute as it allows it to survive way too many things by sheer bullshit. The amount of times I’ve seen a firecracker juke a log or a void due to the knock back is insane.

The princess tower being the best again also heavily helps the wallbreakers as a win condition
im so glad we're out of the duchess meta. it's so relieving to go against different types of towers, and people having different preferences.

Its annoying how 1 card can impact the the usage of spells its not fair or fun
While i think cannoneer was a little powerful on release, it still took very specifically made decks. The nerf on damage that got rid of like half its unique interactions destroyed it, and now it's mostly okay just because no one expects it.

In my opinion, canonner is what i would call a 99% balanced tower troop. It is niche, but still viable in a few decks. It still lets the princess tower be the main one, while being stronger in one aspect (dps) and one weaker area (swarm). I use mortar, so i use him more
But consider how much more money they can make when it's overwhelmingly better for a few months so half the players max it instead of just ones that play niche decks

Cannoneer is actually the tower troop with the highest win rate, it’s less used than PT but definitely not the worst

i tried canoneer right after the nerf a while ago it feels like it really just sucks
everything connects to it with 1 hp
i think they should make its shoot speed even slower but buff its damage even more
right now it just isnt worth using, so they should make it so its even more specialized
yeah reverting the damage nerf they gave it and making its hitspeed very slightly slower might fix it
No, the hitspeed reduction would kill it. If anything, it needs a hitspeed increase.

Fire cracker has always been good. Op even. I just want them to remove the recoil thing she does. Id make her so much more reasonable to counter. Keep the recoil on the evolution cause it makes sense, but otherwise she's too annoying to deal with rn

Well, believe it or not, I run cannoneer with a hog cycle deck. It's a modified version and not as cheap, but it's built around the tower troop.
Xbow players are actually in the pits of despair the meta is finally chilling out a bit and then hog eq becomes strong again

The sight range of firecracker needs to be nerfed. The fact it can shoot across the board and survive says a lot about a card

She’s insane everywhere, everyone has her in their deck at 9k trophies and every season I push ranked (to ultimate champ) she’s all over every league

I hate firecracker so much, i came against it 10 times in a row pushing towards 9000. It's so annoying, it's in every single deck i meet.
It's blatantly broken because it doesn't die to log. Literally every other card like Dart Goblin and Princess die to log when firecracker doesn't so it's just blatantly stronger. When you pair it with MK or Pekka or Hog you instantly win any interaction and makes the meta extremely toxic. The worst meta is when things like firecracker or miner are too strong
I was trying to push to 9k for about a month but the meta is super cancer with everyone having firecracker mega knight and then possibly hog AND pekka… they nerfed the shit out of my deck I maxed to lvl 15 so I’m under leveled all the time and there’s too much lumber loon for me to be able to play my deck anyway…. MK and FC definitely need a nerf, it’s blatantly obvious they’re broken

It’s still very good in some decks as it has the highest win rate out of all the tower troops in top ladder so it shouldn’t get the nerf reverted. It’s just not versatile

idk if your in mid ladder or not but Hog Rider is easily counterable by a building or any swarm with ice spirit or electro spirit. Fisherman and tornado also beautifully counter hog rider whilst getting a king activation

@@strikersix2838 I’m running the exact same deck as the video beside bomb tower. The 2 slots I use are skellies and firecracker. I feel like Tesla is still stronger than bomb tower but maybe I’m just used to using it.
@@someoneontheinternet9462 evo tesla is not as good anymore after the latest nerf but the shockwaves do wreck swarms but so does the bomb tower. evo firecracker is great only when your opponent doesn’t have arrows.

@@someoneontheinternet9462 evo firecracker will get you so much value ONLY if your opponent doesn’t have arrows. Evo tesla is still a really good option so id use that and firecracker and leave out skellies

Guys, is Evo Wizard still S tier after nerf ? I'm playing Pekka, F2P, can get 1 evo and thinking between Knight or Wizard but since it takes me 4 months for an evo, don't want to waste it

Evo knight is super versatile and can be used in most decks, so if you want to run multiple decks get evo knight. If you're sticking to 1 deck then I suggest evo wizard, with pekka it's pretty unstoppable!
I hate firecracker. If there was one card I would permanently remove from the game, is firecracker.

I think he was broken in the sense he was really really bad at the start of his release but to be honest I can’t really remember
@@Ahahashir He always was bad, become slightly better, but still the worst. Now I think Supercell is gonna release the Baby Goblin as a tower troop to ladder or ultra buff Cannoner
@@marlondiriche he was horrible at release because his sight range was unique to where it'd have a blindspot somewhere near the middle of your side of the arena but he was briefly overpowered between the time its sight range was made to be the same as the princess tower's(too strong given its dps and damage with the princess sight radius) and before dagger duchess was released. He wasn't always bad since there wss a brief period during the time I listed where he was slightly overpowered
