Good video with the step by step and parts breakdown, we need to do this but I just made the sad discovery that we don't has zippers on our AS cushions. Level of difficulty for us has just increased!
@@RamblinHamblins Our cushions are just sewn completely closed. I wonder if I could have zippers added. The sewing machine is a power tool neither of us has any skill using. I want to copy your cushion upgrade so maybe having zippered added is the solution. ~Andrew
Thanks for the walkthrough. Probably a plan for us in the next year or so. We have the hatch and so two of our cushions have a corner I think will be super challenging to re-stuff when we get to it.
We had a couple of cushions with some larger sweeping curves, and they were actually the easiest to get back in the covers. The zippers were really long and made things easy. The cushion on my side has a few funky cutouts to work around some edges and it made things fun to deal with.

Great video! We love how you define all the materials and tools. Stuffing the foam into the upholstery is such a pain!
We lucked out and most of our cushions decided to cooperate ... most of them.

Oh really? How do the cushions close? That sounds like it could definitely up the difficulty level.
