That Downtown area and the school district are my favorites, Also when doing circles (like in the park) i find it better to use continuous tool and draw it in two halves instead of quarters, it still has some quirks but works a lot better than the simple curve tool.
I tried this about a year ago and it turned out really good and I would highly recommend trying this for yourself at least once. Now I use A I on just about everything nowadays. 🤟😉👍
