  • You're half-way through our Virtual Program designed to reduce injury and help make you a stronger runner! In this video, Dr. Tara Dawson will lead you through several exercises designed to improve hip strength. For this series, you'll need floor space and a Theraband if you want to make the last exercise more challenging.
