Deceleration Exercises with Dr. Daniel Waskiewicz

    I got back pain in my mid and upper area due to stress and anxiety plus poor posture I can't sit straight I've had this habit of sitting not straight but curved and I also wanna start my posture management

    Thanks to my PT making me focus on Rocabado's 6x6 exercises, I couldn't help but notice that during the introduction, the brunette in the light blue shirt would show some occasional jaw displacement toward the left when she spoke. I would never have noticed that if it weren't for these exercises! :-)

    It's funny. When I slouch real low in my big chair my back doesn't hurt but when I sit straight in this wooden chair that I sit in to play my computer my back hurts. You would think that slouching would hurt my back worse. Lol
