    I wonder what other arthropods fluoresce in UV light. Going to have to read up.

    But great, not only that you can look for interesting animals, by the way you can look for meteorites, because they stand out in the desert and it's not difficult to recognize them, these are my two greatest passions (space and exotic animals) but I can't pursue them because I live in Poland ;/

      There are a few things I’d like to see in Poland. If I find a meteorite, I will include it in a video for you. :)

      @@GeneralApathy Oh great, then learn a little bit about meteorites, how they look like and how to recognize them, and if you find something, post it, good luck. What places would you like to see in Poland?

      @@ziperek2002 I am not sure about where I would want to go, but I would like to find Atypus muralis, Lucanus cervus, Orcytes nasicornis, Typhaeus typhoeus, as well as a few others over there. I know the former can be found in Gostynińsko Włocławski Park Krajobrazowy.

      As for nice places in Poland, I don't know much about them, but I really like "morskie oko" and I would like to go there one day

    What time do you hunt for scorpions? Or like what's the best time to hunt scorpions?

    • @GeneralApathy
      @GeneralApathy  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      In warmer climates, it is best to look for them from April through September. Scorpions will be active from after dark (~30 minutes after sunset) onwards, decreasing in density as the temperatures cool down. Furthermore, nights with an obscured or otherwise reduced moonlight are optimal.
