the new record really is great, really fresh. i only discovered them recently from some 2013 performances, but the new record is sharper, smarter and layered!

I cant ever make out the bass with them. I saw them live once n it felt like the bass was shut off the whole time if this just me or anybody esle catching this.

When listening to "Mean Dream" it sounds like Nirvana's "On A Plain" with a female Dave Grohl on the drums... She looks a bit like him...

I find the bass levels are always really great with this band. It's present and focal when it needs to be but not overwhelming to the other voicings.
