I have the valkyrie and find it too hard in the forefoot..I suspect I feel the plate cos that's always my problem with most carbon shoes..my question is how much difference is the plastic plate in the speedworks? Similar to the Saucony endorphin pro vs speed..the Diadora cara carbon works better for me, but it's almost too soft..thanks

Thank you for providing this valuable comparison. I have both shoes and find them quite similar; it's almost hard to justify the extra money for the Carbon.
If I may make a suggestion: please don't remove every moment of silent airtime from your videos. The choppy edits every couple of seconds create a manic vibe that for me is really hard to watch. I get that busy folks want to get information as quickly as possible, but personally I can't stand this style. This video contains great info, but I can't finish it. Makes me anxious. Cheers.🏃‍♂
