I can’t eat street food when I was there few yr ago, went there for the first time. It’s not sanitary the way they cook food from the street. You use to it since you live there, I got diarrhea almost the whole week. I’m Khmer I feel differently visiting there. I’m not around Khmer ppl in the state.
Ate there once when I lived in Phsar Daem Thkov but it’s a dirty spot with plenty of cars and motos coming in and out. so if you enjoy eating fly infested food while breathing in exhaust fumes it’s an ok spot. But there are literally a hundred other spots to eat where they cover the food and you’re not breathing exhaust fumes and honestly a spring roll is a spring roll they all taste very similar.
