I’m sure flipping the course made a small difference, it’s so easy to judge your bursts of effort when you know a course well. I only ran at bury a few times but I know it would have thrown me off massively running the opposite way round. Keep up the solid training.
Yeah thinking about it, it did make a difference. Although I think I was also just on an off day. Thanks, hopefully I'll do better next time. Would be good to see you running round one time soon.
