Where do you buy waterproofing spray?

This one was too big to my original small pot of plant but it would work better for the bigger size. Putting the design you want to be folded outside, you have to put it inside for right side to right side, seam to seam together before pulling out the both right side fabric and tugging in the folded fabric inside.
