    I had the frosted for my 14 Pro Max. I already have the Rebel case for my 15 Pro Max, and want to go with the Crystal case this year, over the Frosted. Hoping it releases shortly, before I decide on something else. I already have 4 cases for my 15 Pro Max, and don’t plan to purchase many more.

    Good Review. Is the frosted case any better with fingerprints compared to the carbon fibre?

    • @Brians_tech

      The aramid is pretty good about fingerprints, but yes the frosted basically doesn’t show fingerprints.

      I have the Rebel Gen 5 full body case and the frosted Flex.. both for the 15 PM.
      the rebel attracts smudges and finger prints very quickly after wiping it.
      The Frosted flex, attracts no flinger prints at all. It's also nice being able to use the actual buttons.
      Frosted Flex for the win for me..

    Great review Brian. Do you know if this case will be compatible with a camera lens protector like the Spigen?

    • @Brians_tech
      @Brians_tech  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you! I don’t know if it will because the phone rebel has a raised camera bump on the back and their own hardware to protect it. I would imagine a lot of cases could interfere with a lens protector if the protector is too big. Just depends on which protector you use. I haven’t used one from Spigen before so I can’t really say, sorry about that!

  • @Adamas11

    Is the frosted back smooth to the touch, thus offers some bite/grip when fingers resting on back similar to (crystal) clear backs? I find that some frosted backs can be very slick.

    • @breandanmcgeough5631
      @breandanmcgeough5631 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It feels just like the glass on the back of the 15 pro. It’s nice and smooth without feeling slippy! I’ve just got mine today, really cool case.

    • @Brians_tech
      @Brians_tech  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s smooth to the touch, but the back is a bit slippery. More slippery than a clear case. But the sides definitely make up for it.

    By any chance have you ever tried the Frosted FLEX Series? The one without the side edges? I'm kinda confused right now wether to choose this case (the one on the video) or the gen 5 flex series. Can you share your opinion which one has better durability and protection?

    • @Brians_tech

    Good video Brian. As far as the usb c port, I too wish it was a little bigger but phone rebel designed the shape based on the official Apple usb c cable of course lol.

    • @Brians_tech
      @Brians_tech  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thank you! And that makes sense, but the beautiful thing with USB-C is that we don't have to use Apple's overpriced cables lol. I love my Anker cables, and unfortunately, the port is just a tad too narrow for my liking with those cables.
