Never knew you could eat them. My wife planted some several years ago as ground cover and i always thought it was a useless plant. We like asparagus so we'll give it a try. Thanks.
It's funny, I thought the same thing for a long time. This property was covered with them when we moved in. Little did I know!
Omg I had no clue you could eat these! I have so many hostas! They’re a little too leafy now but defo will try next spring.

Yeah right!? I didn't realize that until a few years ago, and they're all over our property! Now, they make a nice addition to the spring menu. :)
Might have to trade some eggs to my neighbor so she'll let me raid her hosta bed.
