A very great video man. I can tell you for a fact that working in one of the big 4 firms isn’t easy while trying to balance your gym life. Keep motivating. MUCH LOVE FROM YOUR FELLOW GYM BRO IN NIGERIA 🇳🇬 ❤️💪🏻
Passing the CPA exams is when you study hard, if you can't study or you don't have time for your studies I'd advise you get yourself a help like Mr Dylan.
I don’t know how honestly you can answer this since your company might see, but if you could go back in time, would you still choose accounting? Do you see a long term financial gain from this career? Or just getting by?

the leadership conferences are organized by the companies and you apply for them like you would for internships but it's meant for sophomores in college
Wait bro you said 30 hours a week when it’s not busy season ? Thats crazy haha. Also is there kind of like unlimited PTO or is it 2 weeks of the year ? Thanks
Yeah 20-30 hrs when its not busy on average, theres slower days for sure tho. There is 2 weeks of PTO and also 2 separate firm shutdown (holiday) weeks at big4
They were company specific leadership conferences. So you would apply to them freshman/sophomore year like an internship but the conference is only for 2-3 days and they typically give you an internship offer after. Its also a great resume booster to apply for internships the following year
Honestly it was connections with my school and big four accounting firms. I do regret not trying a finance internship so definitely get your feet wet in both fields if you are unsure
@tanleychen2584 accounting is a broad term you can do audit, finance, taxation, adversy, consultanting or even entrepreneur. I think he did accounting because of it. An Cpa or CA accountant can be a finance guy. With time and experience accountants grow really good
Should one go into accounting before getting into investment banking and any buy-side finance role, should one be considering accounting if he can't afford to go for an MBA or even a master's in finance?
@@leoxlsb Look, one can't easily get IB internships and I see many I-Bankers have experience in accounting as it helps them. Many of them are CPAs in the Big 4 then do Master's in Finance and then break into IB. Doesn't that make sense to you?
@@leoxlsb What if I was pursuing a Master's in accounting STEM degree to keep my ass in the US, because then only I can have the 3-year work visa, and it is an assured placement program. Doing CPA along with accounting can help me to land in Mergers and Acquisitions and then in the front-end office of IB,?
this channel is gonna blow up man, enjoy the process💪🏻greetings from austria

That view of the skyline is amazing. I am near graduation and very excited to get started.
That’s a nice office space. I feel like some other office spaces seem so depressing. lol
Nice video 🥰🥰🥳your video is so cool, honestly Cpa exam is such a difficult test man ,really don’t know what to do but I’m never losing hope

TH-cam, he must be a very awesome help.
Yes you're correct but remember heaven helps those who help themselves, try studying if you can't study then get yourself a good help
I studied for months and couldn't pass, I guess passing is a blessing

What is a decent amount of salary you can get in USA after doing ACCA 2 years experience
around 90,000-100,000
As a freshman finance major, what resonated with you to go with accounting?
Honestly it was connections with my school and big four accounting firms. I do regret not trying a finance internship so definitely get your feet wet in both fields if you are unsure
Save yourself bruh, do not go into Big 4 accounting. Do anything you can to avoid public accounting, it's ass.
@@gadoosher honestly I have no interest in accounting. just wondering what prompted him to take this path
phew.. I've made it my life goal to save at least one person from big 4, so I'm glad you're on the right path already lol@@stanleychen2584

if you want to go into banking, I highly suggest finding an ib internship during college and recruiting for full time offers after
accounting would be a waste of time and difficult to break into ib afterwards
