The old man at 3:38 has a fine swing. Backswing and impact position were fine, and that's most important. He was just doing what he needed to do at his age on the follow through.
I know, if you slow it down, it’s probably text book. His follow through is a bit unorthodox but by then the ball is already gone.

Also possible he was hyper-exaggerating the “finish high” swing thought for practicing backspin shots. Looks like he’s hitting a wedge there, very likely practicing one-hop-stop pitches.

If any of us would put the kind of commitment into our vanilla swings, as Nr. 1 does into his batshit crazy nonsense technique, we would be competing at the FedEx playoffs against each other now, instead of writing and reading comments on "weird swing" videos. You can see the hours and possibly years he has been working on it, he even has a little foot shift just before impact, just like Kyle Berkshire.
This is how all golfers feel, even when decent.
