It's certainly up there, the quality of the strike is phenomenal.
Even stranger is that the commentator seemingly has no idea how a golf ball launches. Even with a downward angle of attack, you don't 'squeeze the ball down into the ground'. It launches upward straight off the clubface. The only way to compress the ball into the ground with a negative launch angle is to cold top it, or deloft a long iron to an extreme, non-functional extent. There was no way Schwartzel was going to 'destroy the ball' at impact.
It's actually insane...he couldn't recreate that with 100, 200 more tries...
I see Michael Phelps is still in Super Saiyan mode, even in golf.

Oosthuizen's tee shot was still moving when he approached his second shot.
There have been stories from the past long ago of how all those rules came around. Pretty cool we can see some of those mythical shots from a tree.
That Quiros putt happened to me, but on like a 10 footer. Perfect speed, center cup, disappeared into the hole and then bounced back out. The guys we were matched up against were telling guys on the next hole about it.

Langer in the tree made the day for me alright.
12:30 His other choice was the drop it sideways from the path and hit it off...ya know...GRASS! "Nah I'll hit it where it lies". They are insanely talented.
But if he has to go behind where he was, he would be that much closer to the bushes. By hitting from where he was on the cart path it was easier to clear the bushes. At least that's what I believe he was thinking.
Perhaps the woman who says 'shot' after Oosthuizen's drive says that for every player on the tee!
