    I'm sad to say this but Barstarzz started doing amazing videos about WORKOUTS, and i can't do most of the things that i'm seeing on this video, but right now i'm bored of just seeing flips and those things on bars, the only barstarzz that really amaze me those days is Samer Delgado, but i would like to see another things, like Adam Raw said "Street Workout is changing for bad, SW isn't flips over a bar" (in other words for sure), look at Bartendaz, Czech Workout, SebeRevolta.. And the legend Hannibal For King. I'm not sayin' that you have to stop uploading videos like this, but, can you please stop uploading just freestyle and kippin' moves? I mean, this is one of the calisthenics youtube channels that most people watch, so you have a different crowd, some people like freestyle and others like me enjoy the muscle up competitions, the Barstarzz Challenges were amazing, why did you stopped it? Thank you for taking your time to read this, sorry if my english is bad and all of my respect from Venezuela.

      I think streetworkout is many things and everyone should feel free to experiment with moves like these. It still takes a lot of strength. But I will personally prefer streetworkout as you described it :)

      +MindOVerC nah. brah ya need recovery days, when you train the Same muscles everyday, relay AT least 1 day

      Thanks guys. But about 9 month I have doing bodyweight training . I really see difference also some of my friends say it to me. My recent workout routine - 10 sets -10 rep pull ups
      5 sets - 20 rep - dip
      5 sets - 15 rep- push ups (deep push up on the dip bar)
      Then climbing rope.then rest doing supersets
      And after I cant do that everyday. I have may not energy doing it everyday , my body says me u have to do rest
      Doin 3 times in a week

      +Emin Huseynli That's a good workout plan. 3 Days upper body workout is totally fine. You could also add a legday so that you end up on 4-5 workout days a week.

      Eat healthy food with much proteine, try to reach 3000-3500 cal per day. It depends what way you wanna go. The calisthenics way or bodybuilding?

      +Respected Rage its actually really simple. Eat healthy and work out. Depending on your goal wether its a great physique of just to perform at the highest lvl you have to adapt your workout to that goal. There are thousands and thousands of videos on how go about. GL mate
