Man with all that rain we had I got stuck for the first time ever in 4 years. Had to call a tow truck.
Ended up losing a job right after because they wanted it the grass. I told them I just paid a tow truck to pull me out at another place and was not going through that again.

honestly picking up the bin would have helped out having some weight on the truck

Don't know if it would be worth it or not for yall, but look into a Tire Boss system. I used to run a concrete mixer and we had them on all of our trucks. You can deflate your tires when entering a job site or wherever where it's muddy and you know the ground is soft and get way better traction. And then it uses the trucks air to inflate them back up when going back on the road. Also let's you know if a tire is leaking bad or not

Interesting, I've never heard of this, but I can see where it would definitely be useful!

One truck tow can kill a truck's profits for the day, drives stay on the asphalt, concrete (or stone at construction sites) UNLESS the customer agrees to pay tow and hourly down time for the truck waiting to get pulled out. It's amazing how customers find a better spot when that's their option.

100%, we’ve all gotten stuck, I hate dropping cans off on grass. We knew this can was on grass/dirt and we also knew better than to go attempt to pick it up after it had been raining, but of course the customer was adamant that we pick it up. Instead he got hit with a dry run and extra days due to it being the customers decision against our suggestion to request the can be placed there. Appreciate the watch and comment brother!! I’m a subscriber and fan!! 💪🏼

always try to hit it right the first time you have a good chance to get out .The more you jocky around the worse it gets always try keeping the truck facing out in case you need to be pulled out and never include the neighbors and i mean never .I tell our drivers that all the time stay off the neighbors property
