How could onlookers stay silent and not help poor Malowe, after the lions left they could have taken him to the Vet. I'm heartbroken! He was getting better the swelling was going down!
My ever pointed question is, when this lion was seen in such a bad shape and suffering thus,who is this who simply looked on, which people,with their useless cameras, simply photographing the whole tragedy which they could have prevented, with timely rescue? Shame on those who allowed this to happen,a precious lion life has been lost.

Unfortunately the pride knows when a youngster is to sick and weak. And mawe also knows his fate. This is definitely a sad part of nature. I'm sad also to see this. They struggle so much. Tysm for sending me the end result my friend 💗
If it was me and I was there I would have scoop that sweet little cub up and took him to the vet and got him better. And if I got fired so be it. And I thank you for giving us a closed caption in English well you have your language also , you people are awesome.
It's sad to see a cubbie in this condition and know that he is not longer with us. It sucks. It makes me angry to know that there are Rangers in those parks and they don't help the Big Cats. It's an ashame. 😥😔🖤

I think the camera team just skipped showing the club's end because it's too heartbreaking. It's understood as the title said, it was Mawe's last day. So very sad.

I knew this was filmed a long time ago. But it’s aching to read the title & watching the clip knowing how savage nature can be. These national park authorities/gov officials are too corrupted to actually protect these lions under threat of extinction due to human wildlife conflict, trophy killing, canned farming, lion bone trade & some other barbaric acts. So sad to see Mawe suffered so much before death. Well free now from his brutal existence & human predators. So sorry many were just spectators. Some wish we could intervene, do something to help or rescue you.

@Serengeti-wildholic ,disculpa pero ,igual e visto cuando un cachorro estaba abandonado lo rescataba y lo llevaban a la reserva, lo mismo cuando otras personas rescataba un cachorro de guepardo y se lo llevaban a su hogar , entiendo que la naturaleza siga su curso, pero porque otros rescatan a cachorros o será que matan a sus madres. 🤔 no tiene sentido, será que solo es un montaje 🤔....pero aun así lo encuentro cruel..

Aww, Mawe tried his hardest. How lions are not bitten more by snakes is amazing. Hunger, the bitter enemy of the dry season on the plains. To see a young Lion who fought so hard to survive, die by the jackal attack or another predator is heartbreaking 💔. I know it’s nature, survival of the fittest, natural selection, whatever you want to call it is a sad existence for such a sweet cub I followed since he was a wee one. I know it’s normal for families to move away from the weakest link but it’s still sad to die alone as he fought so hard to survive the dry season as a cub. 1 out of 5 cubs survive to adulthood 💔

Mawe was always playing with his older brother, who looked like he was from a previous litter. What happened to this older brother’s litter mates. This is a pride failure.

I knew this was filmed a long time ago. But it’s aching to read the title & watching the clip knowing how savage nature can be. These national park authorities/gov officials are too corrupted to actually protect these lions under threat of extinction due to human wildlife conflict, trophy killing, canned farming, lion bone trade & some other barbaric acts. So sad to see Mawe suffered so much before death. Well free now from his brutal existence & human predators. So sorry many were just spectators. Some wish we could intervene, do something to help or rescue you.

@Serengeti-wildholic ,disculpa pero ,igual e visto cuando un cachorro estaba abandonado lo rescataba y lo llevaban a la reserva, lo mismo cuando otras personas rescataba un cachorro de guepardo y se lo llevaban a su hogar , entiendo que la naturaleza siga su curso, pero porque otros rescatan a cachorros o será que matan a sus madres. 🤔 no tiene sentido, será que solo es un montaje 🤔....pero aun así lo encuentro cruel..

Aww, Mawe tried his hardest. How lions are not bitten more by snakes is amazing.
Hunger, the bitter enemy of the dry season on the plains.
To see a young Lion who fought so hard to survive, die by the jackal attack or another predator is heartbreaking 💔. I know it’s nature, survival of the fittest, natural selection, whatever you want to call it is a sad existence for such a sweet cub I followed since he was a wee one.
I know it’s normal for families to move away from the weakest link but it’s still sad to die alone as he fought so hard to survive the dry season as a cub. 1 out of 5 cubs survive to adulthood 💔

He wasn’t calling for his family: he was a tough little cub. I’ve noticed that some prides have better success and raising their cubs. Mawe was always playing with his older brother, who looked like he was from a previous litter. What happened to this older brother’s litter mates. This is a pride failure.
