I never understood how so many isekai worlds have transfiguration magic to turn you into all sorts of things, but big tiddies is where it draws the line.
I want to see a story where someone says that magic can't be used like that and that its impossible, only for the protagonist from earth to say "No its not" and start explaining how the medication trans people take works and how you just need the right hormones to coax the physical femininity and masculinity out of anyone. The sorcerer is just thinking the whole time "What is this guy babbling about? Estrogen? Testosterone? All these words are meaningless nonsense". Then they hear that some people in his world pay their entire lives savings just for a regular dosage, and suddenly the entire plot derails and focuses on helping the fantasy trans people live their best lives (for a fee). We can call it "Opening A Gender Clinic In Another World"
@@DarkKnightKumar hmmmmmm, that is a good question and I am not well versed in magic history to make a historical connection to draw upon :/ I'll say that the sorcerer is interested as it's a form of "alchemy" that isn't well explored and claims to not use magic at all. A greater understanding of that process could change the way that magic is understood entirely. Although I wouldn't make the process entirely devoid of magic, as a fantasy world is only going to have rudimentary painkillers, aesthetic, and surgical techniques, so any attempt at delicate top or bottom surgery is going to get painful and dangerous very quickly. You'll either need to find a magical healer that focuses on pain relief and organ repair if things go exceptionally wrong, or find a way to go back to Earth and grab as many medications, surgical tools, and actual surgeons as you can carry back. EDIT: Oh, also, MONEY. Diamond dust ain't cheap and all the useful spells need it :/
