    I like to walk in the woods during spring and summer time. This thing seems like it would be great to have in my back pack and break out and play with during breaks in my hiking. Might have to get one. Nice vid!

      That's exactly the idea behind this series of videos. Unveil good old music devices to avoid get catch by the big wave of the constant incoming new gear.
      Thanks for watching.
      Peace!

    I like that you explain the instrument with text but also keep the music playing for most of it. This means you can either just listen to it in the background or get to know the instrument a bit better. Very effective!
    I subscribed for this series, hope to see more!

    At one moment, it was my favorite creative synth. I did a lot of interesting songs on it.
    The fact that it has some nice FX, filters, easy to program sequencer make it a very very good portable synth. I'll never sell it.

    What a lovely way to demo the unit. I have seen many videos on the qy, all good, but yours has captured the vibe live approach to using the unit as most of us would want to, whilst demonstrating the power off the unit - good job! I am finally fired up to get stuck into mine. That's all I needed to know, 🍻

    Just wanted to say how much I love all your videos. They're always interesting. I love the format of the videos and I love hearing you make beats and stuff, especially the Lo-Fi stuff.
    You and Ricky Tinez are the only music accounts I watch every video from on here.

      Sorry to bother you but it was a question...i forgot the "?" symbol 🤦🏻‍♂️. I'm asking if the qy70 have the mute and unmute function fast like the Qy10. In many videos I see you need to navigate the menu to unmute any single voice, not doing it from the mini keyboard like the Qy10...that beast has it all😍🤣

      You can do it on the mixer view while you are on the track you want to mute or leave as solo.

    Hi thank you for posting this lovely and informative video. I have a question for you if you don't mind. I am currently using a QX21 to sequence other gear but I find the idea of a groovebox where you can compose music on the couch using its internal synthesizer very appealing. However eventually when a composition is finished I would like to hook it up to my other gear and have external synths "take over" the sound generation, do my Crave can play the bass, my PSR-36 the pads, etc. Is this easy to achieve?

    • @audiowanderer
      @audiowanderer  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      There is a midi menu where you can make this kind of routing. Not easy but certainly it can be done after some adjustment on that menu assigning a midi channel out to any of your pattern channel on the QY
