- IT'S FINALLY DONE WOW.
I posted the wip at the beginning of MAY LAST YEAR.
I didn't really expect to finish this but I just kept working at it on and off and here we are! By the end I was honestly REALLY READY to be done with this video, it's by FAR my longest PMV yet and it was a lot of work. It's kind of patchy, but there are parts I like, so I hope you guys enjoy it!

I absolutely love Peril and Sky.
One struggled to stay alive due to a lack of their species' main natural defense.
One struggled to keep others alive due to a surplus of their species' main natural defense.
Just realised that glitter is more of a ‘childish’ sparkle thing but gold is more of a.. ‘mature’ sparkly thing? Like sky and peril are.

I just cannot get over the ASTONISHING amount of symbolism put into this! The twins Peril and Sky are complete polar opposites in just about every way and yet they both came from the same egg.

For real
biggest reason is their upbringings Wren was a loving nurturing surrogate mother for Sky and as such he developed into a loving carefree pacifist. Scarlet turned Peril into a weapon and a toy for her amusement and Peril though working through it is still a character with little moral compass and will need to grow her own morality ei shifting her morals from "what would clay want me to do" to "what is right for me to do" sky and wren could definitely help her so can Perils little jade winglet friend group namely Turtle though I wouldn't be surprised if the differing perspectives of Qibli Winter and Kinkajou also help develop a multifacited moral compass for peril.
Sky should’ve been the Book 15 protagonists. It would’ve been so poetic to have both SkyWing twins, originally planned to be killed off, end up having their own main series book instead where they are the star.
Well she shouldn't be book 15 since that hole arc is in about a whole different continents so it wouldn't make sense

I was actually predicting sky to be the POV so that in the epilogue we could have a reunion with peril (which we still don’t have dang nabbit)

I *really* hope that Tui makes another arc and has these two meet, because otherwise there would be extreme injustice to have them never meet.
And, if you think about it, they were so close to each other at one point!! It's when Peril went to go save Scarlet from Burn's stronghold. She was there while Wren was secretly freeing Sky.
If they never meet..
Lets just say Tui will never have an empty mailbox

But what would happen in that arc? Not really anything. Kinda sounds pointless to me
I have a theory that Sky can touch Peril, because they were in the same egg. Even though Sky has no fire, I bet he’d be able to touch fire/hot surfaces without getting burned.
Do you think that nobody would know because all the firescales and fireless dragonets have been killed by skywings for so long???
Yes, otherwise how would they have touched in the egg without Sky being burned to a crisp?

Edit: It was SO worth the wait! It was gorgeous and the expressions and anatomy were amazing.
We need an arc where peril & sky meet & put the pieces together.

I just want to say- in the book (Wings Of Fire Legends Dragonslayer) Undauntable is described to be wearing an soft orange tunic to match Sky’s scale, perhaps to say that his scales are pale orange
