Derry not London derry. 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
True 😂
Very important...never heard of Londonderry..Derry all day , every day
Thank you for taking a trip to my lovely country. You and your husband are a nice couple😊
Awe, thank you!
Hello from Ireland! its a beautiful country, with kind people!
Wonderful video. I really enjoyed it. I'm so proud of our beautiful country. Just so you know: it's Galway (pronounced Gaul way), Sligo (pronounced Sly go), & in the Republic of Ireland we refer to Londonderry as Derry (it's a political thing!). I hope you really enjoyed your trip here & that you will come back again. Best wishes, 👍🙂🇮🇪
Oh thank you for the tips. Gosh the pronunciations are so hard. We absolutely loved Ireland. The people were so friendly and welcoming. Some of our best Airbnbs were there.
In Ireland we refer Derry as Derry, 🇮🇪🇪🇺🇮🇪🇺🇸
I thoroughly enjoyed that whole video. Great tour of my country. Sorry about the 3 hour detour, it happens. All the best for the rest of your trip folks!
We will definitely NEVER forget the detour. At least it’s a funny story! 😜
And even then your old man didn't get too upset, whereas I being the full Celt, I would still be flying at a height of fifty thousand feet if I had driven a whole full THREE HOURS in the COMPLETELY opposite direction I was supposed to be going....

I love your vlogs and i already subscribed to your channel. Thanks for sharing
Beautiful country, great video ❤
Thank you. We loved it!
I’m glad yous enjoyed your stay in our beautiful country come back soon.
Hi , glad you both had a fab holiday in my country. You were blessed to have lovely weather for you complete stay. 🇮🇪 🇮🇪 🇮🇪
We absolutely loved it and yes, we got so lucky with gorgeous weather! :)
Being half Irish & half Scottish (Irish father, Scottish mother) I thoroughly enjoyed your trip across Ireland & now look forward to what you both got up to in Scotland!!!
We're working on Scotland! We absolutely loved it as well. Stay tuned...
Traditional music sessions are impromptu events basically musicians go down to the pub with there instruments and start playing and other musicians come and do the same and then some one from out of nowhere starts to sing
It was the coolest experience!
@@thelarosasjumparoundtheworld We may be the home of leprechauns, but there were reared ,fed ,clothed and educated in america. We are though the real home of whiskey not scotland.
Grand, will done... don't forget its one Island... Ireland.
Hope you enjoyed Ireland hope ye come back soon 👍👍👍👍
We hope so too!
Oldest pub in Dublin not in Ireland 😊😊 looks like you had a fab time
Oops, thanks! We loved our visit.
Americans think Dublin is Ireland like they think London is England, if we were to say New York is America they wouldn't like it.
That is so lovely. We took a tour of the British Isles last September, including Ireland and it was wonderful to see many of the places we visited. We are Chilean, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The Titanic experience will remain forever in my memory.
It's such a beautiful country. I'm glad you enjoyed it as well!
Glad you had a nice time in Ireland. Just to let you know that since 2005 the Irish had made it clear that Ireland is not a part of the British isles, this is what the English may claim, but even now on shows in Britain they say Britain and Ireland.
British Isles, Ireland not part of sorry ..We are one island.❤
I lived in England when Bobby Sands was on his hunger strike in H-Block. I was on a C-130 flying from Germany to England when I spotted the headline reporting his death on an airman's Stars and Stripes. Unforgettable...
We are going to Ireland in Oct 2024 and you gave us an idea on where to explore. But the problem is I have never driven a right hand side of the wheel. Maybe we will just take the tour bus that limits our adventure. Thanks
great video loved it👍
Thank you so much!
Great VT. Glad you got the pronouncement of some counties sorted out by my fellow Irish 😁 Incidentally your next challenge is the Irish language called Gaeilge that is spoken in each county in Ireland that is all 32 counties. Check out the meaning of each county in Irish as Gaeilge- it’s beautiful 🤩 Great job on accommodation. The lovely relish you had in Dublin is pronounced
Bally maaa loo think of your sheep n lambs maaaaa 😁
Come back again ☘️☘️☘️👍🏻
It's the right side of the road, Americans drive on the wrong side us in Britain, Ireland, Australia, Malta, most of Africa all drive in the left which is the right side to drive, my husband comes from Kerry, weve been going back and forth England to Ireland for years, we used to get the ferry Swansea to Cork years ago, then after a break they changed it to Pembroke to cork now they don't have one to cork, just the East of Ireland, so for quite a few years now we've been flying from Stansted to Kerry. But it's lovely there in Ireland, we are in Essex. 🇮🇪🇬🇧🇮🇪🇬🇧🇮🇪🇬🇧🇮🇪🇬🇧🇮🇪🇬🇧
I really enjoyed your adventure--Planning my lifelong dream of a trip to Ireland with my husband. What month did you visit? You are a beautiful couple. Thank you Eddie for you service to our Country.
Hi Tricia! We were there late May/early June. We got super lucky with the beautiful weather. I hope you have a fabulous time!
A really excellent video I enjoyed it very much.
Oh thank you! We're just amateurs documenting our adventures for our families and of course anyone else that wants to join!
The Republic Of Ireland is what We call It.
Grew up in n.ireland looks like you guys had a blast slainte
We loved it so much!
Sean's Bar in Athlone was founded in 900 Ad and is Irelands oldest pub. Brazen Head in Dublin was founded in 1198 Ad and is Dublin's oldest pub only. It claims to be Irelands oldest pub based primarily on word of mouth.
Where did you stay in dublin in the shared air bnb
😅. Eddie seems so unimpressed by the whole experience but you make up for it with your enthusiasm , you managed to fit a lot into a short time in fairness. The only thing about rushing around like most Americans do you never take the time to mingle with locals that's a pity.
Haha my hubby is super chill! We had a great time. We actually did visit quite a few pubs and had lots of mingling, we just don’t record that. 😁
There's an old saying in Scotland that your hubby is the type of guy who would fall asleep running for a bus.....
@@frankbrennan1619 lol very good , maybe it's more healthy to be that chilled frank
you are a gorgeous looking couple!!
Well thank you!
Aint no Leprechauns here! Were they not invented in America?
Every Friday they come out.
Please get the story right about the Giants Causeway. It is not a Giant from Northern Ireland but Ireland. This is a very old story.
Less of the half pint lad...
As an Irish person I started to watch this out of curiosity. A few seconds in I heard the word ‘leprechaun’. That was enough. Stopped watching.
@@rocky-xj9vc Not in the ridiculous context in which the creature is portrayed nowadays-mainly thanks to Hollywood. But if that stereotype is how you want our country defined then fair enough. I don’t. And by the way resorting to name calling says more about you than the person it’s aimed at.
Im with you there!
Cry baby
Time stamp 5.30..... You both drank alcohol and still one of you went to drive the car??? irresponsible!!!!
Time stamp 15.20 Sitting on a historical momunent is very disrespectful , what WE Europenas expect from the u.s.citizens... soooo sad
Nonsense, it's not a grave.
