Just crashed mine yesterday, after transitioning from plan to drone mode. Will repair with decent glue and tape -:) .Many times the nose goes up when transitioning, extremely difficult to stabilize and control. Saved it several times but not yesterday. Seems like everyone experiences this with that VTOL. A shame because otherwise it is a fanstastic and different aircraft.

These are definitely not for the faint hearted. Things have a mind of their own. Especially when transitioning back
