They produce volatile fatty acids for additional energy, and the microbes themselves are an important protein source at the end of their life cycles.

Best way of reducing the cost of producing maize silage. Microbes is the way to go.

I haven't seen how you apply microbes
You either use a watering can or sprayer before compacting
