    At 41 years old, I just got diagnosed with ADHD. They said I probably had it since birth, just never diagnosed. It gets better, just hang there and I hope things go better for you and your family.

    Glad to see you back. I think it’s a cultural thing for males to hold in their anxiety. I get it at times dealing with family, work, finances, and I’ve been going back to school the past two years. I worked EMS for a few years so I’m sure I have some form of PTSD. Also not entirely sure that I don’t have some ADHD.

    I’ve dealt with this same exact thing for about 20 years now. The medication makes it able for me to go to work. Same thing happened to me when they first started to medicate me. Until they finally found the right one. I’ve been through the same exact things you described. Keep your head up man and keep moving forward.

    Been a long time subscriber and watched of the channel glad to see a new video can’t wait for more. Mental health is a hard subject as men were taught to never show emotion or talk about feeling going through some of the same things myself trying to get motivated is the hardest part glad to see your doing better brother.

    Going thru Anxiety and Depression myself. It is hard to make yourself go and do anything and makes you not want to leave home very much. I can relate, brother. Long time sub of the channel.

      Medication and therapy have really helped me. I'm finally starting to feel normal again. Keep your head up and seek out help if needed. Taking about it really helps

    I wanna thank you for this video. I've been dealing with a lot of the same issues over the last few years I'm around the same age as you. Don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. I'm glad you came out with these problems because I've not tried to reach out for help because I think I can deal with it my self. I believe it's time to get help I've had thoughts in the past year that has scared me to death. Thing that I would have not thought possible that would be in my head .I am a very grounded person very much like your self. I admire you for talking about these very personal issues your right us men think we can take on anything but when it is intrusive thoughts that you can't control that's something else. I have never shared this with anyone it's good to see you again I have whatch for 10 years or so you have been missed good luck

      Talk to someone. It was hard for me at first but now it's easy. It has helped me so much. I finally feel like myself again and that is something I never thought was possible.

    Why not film a public land challenge Ike? Just thinking... Glad your back... the vids I watch are my solution to my mental health!

    • @ikesoutdoors
      @ikesoutdoors  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good idea. I hunted public land when I first moved to Missouri. I killed a few deer but the physical aspect of hiking to the best spots was getting old.
