  • EVERY Friday throughout June we will be running ‘The Mental Health Reboot” from 10 until 11am. This four-part weekly reboot is open to individuals and businesses alike.
    The format of each session will
    Two randomly assigned small group socials with concept for discussion so you can get to know each other.
    Two short powerful guided meditations.
    A chance to connect with people outside the sessions through a WhatsApp group (optional to join).
    Print at home toolkit to help you develop lifelong positive habits.
