It’s great for darker skin tones too, I’m also brown and had this done several times. I love it. Great for acne , fine lines, pigmentation (melasma, pie, pih), texture! I think micro needling is best for deep scarring and biorepeel is fine for superficial scarring. If you’re more concerned with light pigmentation & acne , then do biorepeel. If you’re battling deep scarring& severe pigmentation , go with micro needling! You can also combine them both together in a treatment!
