I think you chose the apt with the terrace. Also, as someone who was born and raised in Louisiana, us swamp states (including Florida) will have unheard of bugs 🤣🤣 keep an eye out for bugs, black bears and gators. Congrats again on your move. May I please know the name of the property you lived in in Chicago? My family and I are moving there this summer.

Mostly Seminole County, Heathrow, Lake Mary area. Especially down Markham Woods Rd is known for those.
